About

The internet does things to a person's head. As you delve deeper into the digital areas, your crew's mental state will deteriorate. The mind plays tricks on you. When the madness sets in, you might hear footsteps that aren't there, see your friends as the enemy, or hallucinate traps. Trust your equipment, but always second guess your own eyes.

Enter to the procedurally generated sandbox realms of the modern net! From hyper-filtered social feeds to the terrifying Dark Web, every run is unique. Each platform has a deadly personality and scaling difficulty. Survive cancel-culture acid rain, dodge firewall lasers over lava pits, and navigate erupting glitch geysers. The deeper you go, the larger the labyrinth and the deadlier the anomalies. Adapt to the algorithm, or log off forever.

Don't just run from anomalies, use the internet against them! Hack complex environmental traps, trigger hidden logic bombs, or activate platform-specific weapons to obliterate glitch-mutated creatures. Cleanse the web using pure Boomer intellect!

Become the Boomer you want to be by freely customizing your appearance inside the internet. After all, style still matters even during digital cleanup duty.

Отличная игра. Весело играть в компании!
IF YOU SUFFER WITH MOTION SICKNESS OR GET NAUSEOUS FROM GAMES EVER I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS GAME. Unfortunately even with the graphics turned way down (motion blur off and such) this game still made everyone playing it PLUS everyone watching in my chat extremely nauseous. I was so hoping it wouldn't. Even with the film grain setting and motion blur turned off the screen still looked blurry and had the film grain lines and I think this is why we all still got sick. I know it's early access but I also struggled BIG TIME to get it to accept changing from full screen to widescreen and the game kept popping back to full screen mode every time something had to load. The game crashed twice while trying to set up a lobby and there were quite a few glitches as we tried to play. Hopefully they can make some changes once the game is in full release that will make it playable for more people.
Tried playing it for a few minutes with my friends, but really just doesn't feel interesting, kinda like a cheaper Repo, which I guess you could say it is, graphics, gameplay, all kinda feel fimiliar and due to that it just feels uninteresting and quite frankly, boring. I don't recommend it, atleast rn

OK Boomer is a cooperative survival horror game developed by Pugsy Studios and published by GameDev.ist that takes an imaginative approach to multiplayer horror by transporting players into a warped version of the internet where corrupted code, digital anomalies, and terrifying entities lurk around every corner. Instead of relying on traditional zombie outbreaks or haunted locations, the game embraces a cyber-themed nightmare filled with unstable environments and bizarre supernatural threats. Its unusual premise immediately gives it a unique identity, especially for players looking for a horror experience that blends retro technology with modern internet-inspired concepts. Designed primarily for online cooperative play, the game encourages up to four players to work together while investigating dangerous virtual landscapes. Success depends less on individual skill and more on effective communication, careful exploration, and coordinated teamwork. Every expedition demands that players search for objectives, manage limited resources, and react quickly to unpredictable dangers. The cooperative structure ensures that every participant has an important role, making victories feel rewarding while mistakes can quickly spiral into tense and chaotic situations. One of the game's most creative mechanics is its use of outdated analog equipment as the primary means of combating digital horrors. Rather than equipping players with powerful futuristic weapons, OK Boomer challenges them to rely on vintage devices to identify, weaken, and eliminate corrupted entities. This gameplay choice reinforces the game's central theme while creating memorable encounters that feel different from the combat systems commonly found in other cooperative horror titles. The contrast between obsolete technology and advanced digital nightmares is both humorous and unsettling, helping the game establish a memorable personality. The environments also contribute significantly to the overall atmosphere. Players venture through distorted digital spaces filled with visual glitches, corrupted architecture, and eerie audiovisual effects that constantly reinforce the feeling of exploring a broken network. The monsters are inspired by corrupted data and internet folklore instead of conventional horror creatures, giving each encounter a strange and unpredictable quality. Combined with limited resources and the constant threat of losing control of the situation, the game maintains an effective sense of suspense throughout each mission. Replay value appears to be another strength thanks to the cooperative design and dynamic gameplay. Every session encourages players to refine their strategies, improve communication, and experiment with different ways of overcoming increasingly dangerous scenarios. Since much of the experience depends on player interaction and teamwork rather than scripted sequences, repeated playthroughs remain engaging as different groups develop their own tactics and approaches. This emphasis on cooperation makes the game particularly appealing for friends who enjoy solving problems together while facing mounting pressure. As an Early Access title, OK Boomer already presents a promising foundation while leaving room for future improvements and additional content. The developers have established a distinctive concept that stands apart from many multiplayer horror games by combining retro technology, internet mythology, survival mechanics, and cooperative gameplay into a cohesive experience. Although players should expect continued refinement as development progresses, the core gameplay loop already demonstrates considerable creativity and potential for long-term growth. Overall, OK Boomer delivers an inventive take on cooperative survival horror by combining atmospheric exploration, teamwork, resource management, and an unconventional digital setting. Its creative mechanics and distinctive visual theme help it avoid feeling like a generic multiplayer horror game, while its emphasis on collaboration provides satisfying moments of tension and accomplishment. Players who appreciate cooperative horror experiences with fresh ideas and a strong thematic identity will likely find plenty to enjoy, especially as the game continues to evolve through future updates. Rating: 7/10
I guess im confused....is there anything to work towards in this game? and is it suppose to be this buggy? i know the game has "glitches" in it as enemies. but is the game suppose to be laggy as well? also, aside from not really having any point, it feels like a very empty game. still feels like a demo at best
