Oh No! Bugs! is a somewhat mediocre 3D rendered low poly top down arcade-like action game where you drive a low poly tank around a block maze full of bugs. You can propel blocks around to crush bugs and so on, just don't get hit by one or you die. It's got local multiplayer, but nobody would ever want to play this, so it's a questionable feature to add. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the 1990s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with. Surprisingly you can change the game resolution and even customise controls, but there's no other graphics tweaks or means to improve the very low quality graphics and lazy low poly game assets. Surprisingly that's all I can find in terms of technical defects on this game, but then again, it's entirely possible to spend millions on developing a game with bleeding edge graphics and still come out with a dud. Take console games, for example. Well, this is worse than console games. It's not "terrible", it's just not at all interesting enough for gamers to actually want to play, it's shallow, and boring. I'm not just saying that, either. You don't have to take my word about how bad the game is, we can measure the interest in a game by how much people bothered to play it. Oh No! Bugs! has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game absolutely failed to capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is for killing 10 bugs, but only around 2 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game. That's a tiny, tiny proportion of gamers who even bothered with this. Ouch. Reviewing SteamDB to check how popular this game was with players reveals a surprise... there's a very healthy spike in player counts for the game. But this isn't consistent with the achievement stats, that show only 2 percent of players bothered playing the game for any reasonable amount of time. How is it possible for this game to have so many concurrent players who weren't even playing the game? Trading cards. Players will use card idling software to collect the cards and sell them, but this won't trigger any achievements in-game. That tells us people only really bought this game for trading cards, and that's a damning indictment of the woeful quality. A closer look at the numbers shows the game just has a couple of players every week running up the game and idling it for cards, then deleting it. We must ask how it benefits gamers for there to be so many games like this, with no merit as a serious game, that only generate sales from people idling and selling the trading cards. Oh No! Bugs! is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.

Не те що прям не рекомендую, але поки що це найгірший з продуктів Думгрівера. Особливо якщо грати соло. А онлайн кімнат, на жаль, не побачити. До того ж "багів" й справді вистачає.
