Full of glitches but great concept. Stuck at least 10 time in first map, and game crashed in boss area. But still was a good experience.
No matter what I did during the stealth tutorial section, THEY SAW ME EVERY TIME.

"Offenders" is a low key asset flip, a bunch of other people's assets assembled badly to make a basic game, typically this kind of thing is done by amateur developers without sufficient budget, talent and/or staff to do the job of game development professionally. It's then quickly rushed into Steam Direct. And, unsurprisingly, this never results in a product with any quality, interest, or value for gamers. Some effort went into trying, and I do mean trying, to take other people's game assets and make a game out of them. This is an action shooter with a gritty modern theme. You're tasked with a series of missions, each centered around a specific, potentially dangerous scenario, such as hostage rescue. The gameplay involves making deals with NPCs to identify and distract enemies, ultimately eliminating them to proceed to the mission's leader. None of this is put together well... it's a somewhat incoherent, buggy, unpolished mess of a game. But at least the developer isn't trying to get paid for "borrowing" other people's game assets. So, the game might look better than you'd expect from an amateur project, but this is because it's partially or completely made up of stock assets, "borrowed" from asset stores and free asset websites. Very little in this game is truly the creation of the "developer", it's just a bunch of rearranged assets. While there's no up front price for this asset flip, the other problem with asset flips is that when developers aren't capable of doing their job and creating high quality assets, it's also true they can't do any of the rest of the job of a game developer either. That's definitely true for "Offenders". On pricing, this is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 4 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. There's no financial cost up-front, but you'd still be spending your time and a little hard drive space on a product that's far from the best. There's thousands of better alternatives on Steam.
Before I played Offenders, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
Some interesting mechanics, but it's just not fun to play.
After completing the Offenders the game is not perfect. It's a good game to play for people who can't afford to who can't afford to buy a game or just want to be curious about how the game is played. Honestly, this game was just a bit mediocre. Although I loved how this game put it so well about the graphics the gameplay however almost felt a bit buggy, with multiple random crashes, NPCs were a bit confusing to tell the difference between a civilian and an enemy, weapons were a bit clunky, voice acting sounded like it's made by AI, and The story almost didn't pay much attention. Levels here only focus on loud approach and forced stealth uncertain levels made the game a bit harder. At least this game has special abilities though But despite the business. Offenders is absolutely another free single-player game and recommend trying it. It would start easy but hard but as long you get used to this game you can reach the final level. It's not perfect but it's moderately worth playing.
