Absolutely phenomenal all of this music is going in my spotify playlist . GOTY for me. That ending was WILD. Cannot wait for octopath 3.

You dont build enough connection with your party members. The first 10 hours lets say, is so boring to play through, but then you start getting Octopath traveller 2 vibes. Given you have significant number of candidates to choose from (for your party) it feels more like pokemon rather than OT2 (which each character had its backstory), this game is more like oh cool this character has access to these skills, must be good for the team.
