Game gets a lot better if you have a friend thats played it before

Noita was a game recommended to me by a close friend. At first, I didn't like it and I ended up refunding it. The passion and interest with emergent systems never left me though and that passion compelled me to get the game and give it another shot. Once you look past the immense difficulty and start to appreciate the emergent system that this game provides, you will realize how beautiful it is. The second I switched my mindset, I really really really enjoyed the whole wand building process. Finding new wands, new spells and tinkering with them to make really cool emergent wands. The other layer of emergence comes from the simulated pixels which to this day always manage to surprise me. The game feels so emergent and so creative and making insane wands feels so rewarding because you are the one who tinkered, innovated and created. On top of this, this game holds so much more substance than meets the eye which I'm not gonna spoil and also a system which I find interesting but haven't explored much is the whole alchemy system.
