Love to get 1 shot by a flaming fat monkey at the beginning of the game. Parry mechanics are ♥♥♥♥ since there are too m any enemies to deal with at once. Dodging won,t allow you to ever deal damage. The game was made for 4 players but won't lower the amount of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it throws at you in solo game. this is stupid. Games also make collecting ressources a 40h job instead of fighting.
The Winged Brood fight in multiplayer is absolutely bizarre in this game. Most of the fights made sense with the games combat, but some of the later fights become a battle against the camera being awful and mobs leaving floor damage while the camera doesn't let you see, or the swarm of enemies where the camera hovers around the swarm more than your characters. Definitely needs balancing.
Satisfying Swordplay and great environments turned into too much of a slog late. Not a fan of crafting and item stats in games like this.
恶心你爹呢亏我还给朋友买了几份,把自己当大爷了说是,司马东西喜欢提纯一直延期,单机群里已经臭名远扬了狗东西
The positive review was postponed till the next year. Look at the announcements. They intentionally put a lot of hype around release date and then postpone it by 6 months. There are multitude of valid reasons to move release date. But do it like this is borderline scam.
Great art direction, ambience and mood. But it is in need of an enormous amount of QoL and rather urgent fine tuning. The problem is that it leans towards souls games but it has none of the accurancy and control that those have and which make it all work. The movement here is extremely imprecise and poorly balanced (the walking is beyond slow and the running strangly uncontrolled and floating) all of which interacts with the environment in bizarre and often terrible ways. You'll likely lose more lives by your character deciding to jump a wall, dive into or over anything imaginable or deciding not to jump over a chasm but into the abyss instead (and jump tasks / puzzles abound, they are all over the place). To which is added that the stamina setup that is used for all of it 'and' the combat too(!) is so underpowered that it is bordering totally dysfunctional. There is something real special of a game here but simply cannot recommend it in its current state, it quite simply has the worst movement / action economy possible for the type of game it tries to be.
The game is enjoyable and no doubt it would be solo, however I bought this solely to play with my brother and we're constantly getting disconnected every 2minutes, 1 minute, sometimes 1 second. Our internet is great, we both have good setups, 20ping. We put up with it for a solid hour but enough is enough. Dc mid fight, mid jump, mid a** whooping, over and over, it's dreadful.
