♥♥♥♥ combat ♥♥♥♥ optimization occasionally super boring BUT its cool trust me
It's a great game but I'd wish that vr became a little better like the UI could be snapped to the hmd for a better roomscale experience and I hope there is going to come support for the steam frame's foveated rendering

Peak game best game ever from the wise words of Alex Caluski The Great Leader of are minecraft server
When I first bought this game I would play it sun up to sundown because of how fun it was. There was so much to do. There's a really nice community to find in the anomaly (multiplayer hub) or socials. Even a taxi group to drop you off at the galaxy you want. A lot of people play for different reasons. I am personally finding safe planets to run a settlement on or look for S ranked creatures for my xeno arena. Another player may not even think ahout those features, and that's perfectly fine because in the game you do what you want. There are a tons of different things to collect, tons of regular events/expeditions despite being a 10-year old game, and especially tons of updates. Writing this before the 10th anniversary update cosmos! Game is gorgeous and I love the different enviornments. There are a ton after 10 years of updates. Even the same biome has so many variants. Honestly I love building my base in calm desert, marsh, and snow planets. The start can be rough and pretty slow, especially if you get an ice planet with only one carbon having plant per 800u as your first planet, but once you get moving it's absolutely so much fun. So I honestly recommend giving it an honest chance even if your first few hours are rough. There is quite a lot of decently annoying bugs you may encounter only for you to google it and find out online that the bug has been in the game for a long while. While not completely frequent and game breaking, this experience was not particularly infrequent either. But honestly, there were also a few beneficial bugs too here and there like the starseed one.
