Ni no Kuni Wrath of the White Witch™ Remastered

An absolutely incredible game! Just fantastic artwork and creatures all around and if you don't want to train up that many monsters the human party members are very capable all on their own and is an excellent jrpg on its own. I played mostly for the monster taming experience so of course used as many creatures actively as I could in my party and it gave that pokemon like feeling as I was filling out my team and evolving them to see how they would turn out. By the time I finished my playthrough was already thinking which monsters I would use on my next run of the game. One super underrated aspect is the game provides so much info for you in the wizards companion. I appreciate it's not shoved in your face but if you wanted to look up certain recipes or what monsters are out there it's all in the book readily available in the game. The combat system is truly unique and once you get the hang of it, it feels very rewarding especially once I learned I could switch or recall a monster to dodge an enemy attack or spell. I appreciate that it's not overly complex and I never felt like I needed to use a guide just to keep up. Even the sidequests were all extremely intuitive to figure out and follow. Only downside really is not a lot of party member control, its very basic attack or defend commands you can shout for the 2 members you are not controlling. You can switch your active character on the fly which is nice but it was difficult to get all of my team to defend as the big spells were coming in.

É um jogo divertido, principalmente para quem gosta de JRPG. Ele tem uma evolução um pouco mais lenta, mas é fácil de se adaptar.

This game is one of my favourite games of all time as it has an amazing plot which makes people all people who are playing the game enjoy it. The animated cutscenes and art style of the game is amazing as it fits the overall theme of the game so well. The gameplay is very unique as most RPG's nowadays are turn based of real time whereas, this game uses both in a new style of gameplay never seen before. This game is such a great choice for long time JRPG fans of new RPG fans.
