"NETHER HEROES" is a garbage mobile app that's been dumped on Steam, presumably with the intention of later shoving a cash grab in-game cash shop into it like the mobile version has. The graphics suck, there's no content to speak of (one of those "Procgen IS content!" crapfests)... this espouses some of the worst things gaming has to offer today and should be avoided. There's no English translation for the game, but that's okay. The language of bad games is universal. This features really godawful, lazy pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks bad because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Even worse, the pixelcrap is supposed to look like Minecraft. It's completely awful. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded [i]despite[/i] the bad graphics, not because of them. This is only free in a rudimentary sense... the developer has their hand out for a soundtrack "donation" for this as you're expected to buy some extra soundtrack DLC from Steam... digital panhandling. Like the homeless guys who splash dirty water on your windscreen at the traffic lights. No thanks. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
