They dropped the ball on this one.
First of all, the 18+ patch for this one is on the denpasoft website, free but still.
All the scenarios follow this formula:
girl gets in trouble -> MC comes in to save her with his 'niceness' -> h-scene -> open ended 'resolution' to the initial trouble, the end.
' has literally left the game and was replaced by a space, where the ' should have been.
Now, if the fact that there was a generic formula for all the scenarios and ' was not present in the game at all weren't enough, the girls in all their routes are annoying... with one Exception.

[hr][/hr][h2]Yura rant with spoilers[/h2]
Yura is by far the worst, I was on the fence with her before, but still liked her, here she is just straight up insufferable. [spoiler]In her story, she even talks about "belonging to someone else", multiple times, sooo all the loyalty talk from previous games was just thrown out the window. Don't care that it was bait, it was in poor taste regardless. It does not stop there, in Ritsu's story SHE IS ACTIVELY SABOTAGING RITSU, WHO IS JUST DOING HER JOB, TRYING TO HELP THE MC PROVIDE FOR ALL OF THEM! And after multiple failed sabotage attempts, she thinks "maybe we should get a job". Spoiler, she doesn't get a job and when Ritsu crumbles, from doing her best for the MC and everyone, SHE BERATES HER![/spoiler]
Off the top of my head, a way better short story, would have been Yura truly coming to terms with Ritsu and both acknowledging, that their constant fighting was a way for them to get closer. Actually growing as MC's ninjas and cat girls (people).
[h2]Tama's scenario[/h2]
Hell, I loved Tama the most, from the main girls at least and even she was annoying in her scenario... like wow, this game made me dislike my previous no. 1 (from the main girls). [spoiler]Poor Ritsu had to keep her in check too.[/spoiler] On top of it, it was so forgettable that I can't even remember what I disliked about her scenario, even though I literally finished it yesterday.
[h2]Maya's scenario[/h2]
Maya's scenario was so bad, I even considered dropping it. I mean, she tried to get stronger, which was actually great, worked hard on it... but [spoiler]her short story focused on her becoming a master of a stray cat? Instead of like... really focusing on hiding her ears and then start running? Brain hurts.[/spoiler]
[h2]Ritsu's scenario[/h2]
This is the exception, Ritsu's story. If you like Ritsu and can handle Yura being braindead in her story, then I can recommend her story. Ritsu actually tries really hard, to help the MC support their household, learns from her mistakes and moves forward. Her scenario is the only one that I enjoyed and she was my favourite girl from this fandisk/dlc.
[h2]Overall[/h2]
I will admit, all of the short stories had a point. Yura wanted attention that she was missing, now that the pack expanded, Even though she went about it in a very annoying way. Maya was desperately trying to grow stronger and contribute to the group, even though her methods nearly made me quit her scenario. And Tama actually wanted to contribute to society, by being inspired by a magical girl.
I can't help but think, that they deliberately made Ritsu look the best, by tearing every girl down. Heck, in Yura's case, even trying to drag Ritsu back to her level... Or at least it seemed that way, when I finished all the stories.
[h1]False advertising point in Features[/h1]
"Continues the NEKO-NIN story" this is just straight up false, the important story relevant side characters don't even show up in this game. There is nothing in regards to other ninja's happening here. No mention of the rest of Ritsu's pack, nothing about the organization that Saiha works for, nobodies past. Nothing. [spoiler]Okay, Fuuma village cuisine lore does not count.[/spoiler] Not even a setup, or foreshadowing for NEKO-NIN 3, like they did in +Plus Saiha.
[h1]In Conclusion[/h1][hr][/hr]If you like Ritsu, or are on the Fence with her, give it a try. However, beware of Yura being a menace in Ritsu's story. The other girl's stories dragged on and were difficult for me to finish, despite their short length. However, if you liked any of the points I made, in the overall section about their routes, feel free to give them a go.
