Played on the Oculus Quest. Worked great! Pressing in the thumbstick helps you move. I've never been to Egypt and probably won't ever be able to afford to, so this is a perfect way for me to experience a very small part of it. Would love to see more!
On the one hand this was really jarring as the screen blurred every time I moved. On the other hand it's a free virtual peek into a real Egyptian tomb. Shame that grave robbers looted this tomb and took everything but the paintings on the walls and ceiling long ago. That's all there really is to view here: the rooms and the art on the walls. To be fair, that's probably all there is to see in real life at Nefertari's tomb too.
Works perfectly on Reverb G2 (even though it's not listed as officially supported). This is a fantastic experience. For those unfamiliar, this program is an extremely detailed photo realistic recreation of Nefertari's tomb. It takes less than half an hour to explore the whole thing in-depth, including listening to all the narration. The entire space is about the size of an average house. What sets this apart is the detail. You can walk straight up to a wall covered in painting and hieroglyphics without any loss in quality. It's unlike anything I've ever seen in VR. It's seriously the closest to "in-person" I've ever seen in a game. Perhaps that explains this project's whopping 13+ GB install, but it's well worth it. Now for the downsides: Maybe it was just because I'm using it on a Reverb G2, but the controls were pretty wonky initially. Both of my primary buttons on the controllers seemed to control both movement and flashlight functions, but it wasn't a big deal. The image is also slightly distorted when moving my head, but that may be a function of the imagery technique utilized rather than the headset itself. Overall, one of the best educational/historical projects I've ever seen. Thank you so much to all involved for this massive undertaking.

One of the best, if not the best VR experience for ancient Egypt fans.
This is a singular experience - a must have for everyone wit VR. I show it to everyone who tries vr for the first time.

Very well produced VR experience - I think the first time I've seen one detailed up close textures! Well done.
Neferati: Journey to Eternity is virtual tour around the tomb. There are some bugs like visible seams and multiple voice overs playing at the same time. Though both are so rare, that they don't ruin the experience. VR features are quite basic, you can move around via teleporting and interact with few things in order to get tiny bit of story. That's actually worst thing, there's not that much informational content. Still could be the best way to experience the tomb without actually being there.
