Dunno what the other reviewers are talking about, for sure not up the alley of realm of the mad god. Feels more like a tech demo for most generic solo indie unity developers. No character look customization, gear doesn't change look, gear is very bland, just the same sword doing slightly more damage. Everything looks the same, got to run through the same maze over and over should a spike literally one shot you. People can loot orbs to unlock things ahead of you, despite ME DOING ALL THE WORK TO GET TO IT. Combat is super bland, sword swing on a timer, use it 2-3 times on a enemy that just walks towards you, or walk at them and swing, and bump into them and take damage. First boss is easy, but bad, can't block or dodge projectiles, just got to eat them and hope they miss, bounce a ball back that has a super tight window to hit or, as the spikes do, one shot you, enjoy running through the same maze to unlock the boss attempt again. Also boss likes to recover as its in the vulnerable state and immediately bump you for damage, no indicator it's going to recover, just got to guess and walk back early. graphics, music, sound, all forgettable. Only semi-cool thing is the death animations where they disintegrate, reminds me of a old ps1 might and magic game. Literally nothing redeemable about this, apart from seeing other players, but they being there is pretty inconsequential.

Cool concept, hardly any content. From what I can tell there are only 3 biomes, each always have the exact same boss and mobs. You level up in a biome skill tree by repetitively killing the same 1 boss over and over. There is only 1 weapon type with some stat variations. All in all, relatively fun there is just not much here.
Clunky, garbage combat. Terrible UI. Uninteresting mechanics. Nowhere near close to worth 15 dollars. No clue how this game could become enjoyable with it's saddening core gameplay. I was really looking forward to this...
The game is co-op at best, the only MMO aspect is that you can see people on the map and can only "co-op" with them. No trade, no pvp, no overall "big" group activities that can't be done solo. A leaderboard is open for only "minigames" but only can be viewed in game next to the activity. So yeah misleading tag at least. Now onto gameplay, I cleared 4 bosses and clear nearly 88%+ of 3 different domains (think of zones) mobs were nearly the same across all zones, except maybe 1 new one for each zone. Including copy pasted boss just with more hp. Very basic items with little variety, they have some set effects but not variety either. Even the stat page showed all the options and it was fairly dry. Overall, this isn't a $15 game at best maybe $3-5 if that. It just wasn't that fun.
I really wanted to like it. I cant get over the insane one shot deaths. I stunned a boss and while running up to hit it, I stepped a pixel to far... instant death for a full life + shield bar. Have fun running back to the keystone through all the mazes before you can take another attempt at not accidentally touching a downed enemy

The "Roguelite MMO" attempt is surely nice, though unfortunately There are a few other players. Anyways can feel big potential.
The game responds to your inputs like you are guiding it with a rubber band. It's slow and irresponsive. The lag compensation option does absolutely nothing. The UI has a terrible font that makes it super difficult to read in my opinion and there are no icons for anything besides generic equipment. The combat is terrible. So barebones. It resembles a minimum viable product for "action rpg" and that is it. Could not believe it was not early access.
Not sure what to say about it in an hour... It's a fun, challenging game that brings me some good nostalgia vibes. I used to play this obscure game called Endless Online which died about a decade ago... this kind of scratches the itch from missing that old game.
read the description for this about a month ago and added it to my wishlist thinking this sounded cool. never been so disappointed.
