It moves to the center of the screen when you select windowed and then stays there if you switch to full screen. Otherwise it is in the upper left of the monitor. The puzzle count is off. It is based a number out of 24, but you can only select the first 12 from the Play option, the same happens in the Gallery. You can select the 12th puzzle or picture and then proceed from there to see the remaining 12 images.
