Разработчик терпел, пердел и рожал в муках свой долгострой на протяжении шести лет с выхода первой части. Тут прям можно отчетливо прослеживать, как в начале задумывалось что-то интересное с кучей мест интереса и мини-играми, а по итогу всё превратить в линейную ВН. При всех своих недостатках персонажи и их модельки вполне симпатичные при условии, что вам нравится стиль гиперболизированных женщин с большой грудью. Да и анимации с постановкой были очень даже хороши. Поиск секреток на карте добавил, сделал мини-игру и забил на это в последующих обновлениях. Добавил мини-игру на карточный батлер, два раза тут же эта механика используется, а дальше ни разу больше не встретится, и так со всем. Под нож пустил все свои идеи, и остался только голый каркас из кликни в определенное время в точку А, и запустится визуальная новелка. Ладно бы в игровой механике такие упрощения, но и всех второстепенных персонажей пустил под сокращение, и их ветки не закрыты. А финальные три сцены на концовке — это апофеоз домучивания проекта до конца. Они полностью нейронные и анимированные ей же. Это настолько выбивается из стилистики проекта, что смотрятся крайне чужеродно по сравнению со всей игрой. Я даже не знаю, что сказать. Мужик, ты все берега попутал и ахинеи знатной нагнал. Неадекватная цена и низкие оценки — фиг с ними. Ты исписался и устал, иди на покой. Вот тебе твоя пенсия, а проектов мы больше от тебя не увидим. А такого качества и подавно не хочется.

ENG: My Cute Roommate 2, Astaros3d's third masterpiece and indirect sequel to the first, sees us in the shoes of Derek (all characters can be renamed from the in-game phone), son of Tina (the director of the roommate from first chapter) who, during a moment of "relaxation" is stung by a wasp on the glans, which produces a Spider-Man-like situation causing, among other things, the sudden growth of his penis, but also putting him in a condition reminiscent of that of the protagonist of the previous episode, forcing him to copulate with various girls until he finds the one with the compatible vaginal enzymes to cure his condition. Adding to Derek's worries is Tina herself, who, with her proverbial affability, wants to send him to a military school since he hasn't been accepted into any decent college. So, thanks to an old acquaintance, Derek gets enrolled in an exchange program from the local college to one in Russia, where he'll spend time with a local family. It's a sandbox-style visual novel with interactive elements, simpler than the first game as it lacks management elements and most of the grind, but there aren't in-game cheats either this time. The soundtrack is pleasant, and the girls' moans do their job. The models and animations are excellent, but the use of AI is noticeable in the very last stages of the story, resulting in a "shortage" of Derek's penis and Lida "rejuvenates" a bit, but it's nothing too serious. As with other Astaros3d titles, the strengths of this work don't lie in the sophistication of the technical aspects or the quality of the narrative, but rather in the breathtaking models of the girls, the beautiful animations and the hot scenes. It must be said that, even though there is no real NTR, there are a couple of scenes where a girl is taken in tandem without warning ([spoiler]Gulya with Said in one and Julia with Vasya in the other, and he even takes her best part[/spoiler]), moreover, the first one practices the hobby of the slut at a competitive level and we also see her "provide oral services" at the workplace, another girl engages in a scientific experiment before “noticing” our protagonist, and then she [spoiler]even makes peace with her husband[/spoiler] ([spoiler]Lida with Mikhail and then [spoiler]Lida gives her best part to Ivan, after she jumped on us and he pounded the best part of Gulya, in a sort of sharing that tastes bitter towards the protagonist and the player, a dirty trick that feels like defeat and betrayal at that point[/spoiler][/spoiler]), all things that, even if perhaps not too serious, could be hard to stomach for some, especially the latter scene, which seems like a mockery. [spoiler]I mean, okay, Lida gets back with Ivan, fine, but I didn't need to see her become his personal slut so suddenly, it wasn't even necessary to see his "revenge" with Gulya acting as his assistant, and it's also the good ending (because there's also a bad, terrible one, which I have no idea how to get to, but it's unlocked in the gallery together with the good one). Luckily there's the epilogue loop where you can recover a bit.[/spoiler] The replay gallery unlocks after a few scenes once you arrive in Russia, and the title also does not have a Steam Cloud save feature. [spoiler]Personal note: Katya is by far the best girl, she's gorgeous and I really like her, next comes Lida, who sucks like a dream, Olya, who is a tsundere but has a fabulous body, and Anya, for whom I had big plans, but who unfortunately disappears out of the blue until she comes back in full force as Blue Kitten. It's a shame because I would have loved to see her in action without mask and wig, and I really wanted a route for both of them outside of the online streams. Then there's Vanessa, Gulya, Rita, Kristi, Julia, the Lieutenant and Masha. Honorable mentions go to the Doctor, the Dean, Mia (Lady X), Tina, Lia and Vera.[/spoiler] ____ ITA: My Cute Roommate 2, terza capolavoro di Astaros3d e seguito indiretto del primo, ci vede nei panni di Derek (personaggi tutti rinominabili dal telefono in gioco), figlio di Tina (direttrice della coinquilina del primo capitolo) che, durante un momento di "relax" viene punto da una vespa sul glande, cosa che produce una situazione alla Spider Man causando, tra l'altro, l'improvvisa crescita del suo membro, ma ponendolo anche in una condizione che ricorda quella del protagonista dell'episodio precedente costringendolo a copulare con varie ragazze finché non troverà quella con gli enzimi vaginali compatibili a guarire la sua condizione. Ad aumentare i crucci di Derek ci penserà la stessa Tina che, con la sua proverbiale affabilità, vuole spedirlo in una scuola militare dato che non è stato ammesso in nessun college decente. Così, grazie ad una vecchia conoscenza, Derek ottiene di essere iscritto ad un programma di scambio del college locale con uno in Russia, dove trascorrerà un periodo presso una famiglia del posto. È una visual novel in stile sandbox con elementi interattivi, più semplice del primo capitolo in quanto esente dagli elementi gestionali e dalla maggior parte del grind, ma senza cheat in gioco stavolta. La colonna sonora risulta piacevole e i gemiti delle ragazze fanno il loro dovere. Modelli e animazioni sono ottimamente realizzati, ma si nota l'uso dell'IA nelle ultimissime fasi della storia, si notano pertanto delle incongruenze per difetto sul membro di Derek e Lida "ringiovanisce", ma niente di troppo grave. Come per gli altri titoli di Astaros3d, i punti forti dell'opera non risiedono nella raffinatezza del comparto tecnico o nella qualità della narrazione, ma piuttosto nei modelli mozzafiato delle ragazze, nelle belle animazioni e scene hot. Va detto che, pur non essendoci NTR vero e proprio, ci uno un paio di scene dove ci si fa in tandem una ragazza senza preavviso ([spoiler]Gulya con Said in una e Julia con Vasya nell'altra, e lui si prende pure la parte migliore[/spoiler]), in più, la prima esercita l'hobby della mignotta a livello agonistico e la si vede anche "distinguersi oralmente" sul posto di lavoro, un'altra ancora si cimenta in un esperimento scientifico prima di "notare" il protagonista, e poi si [spoiler]riappacifica pure col marito[/spoiler] ([spoiler]Lida con Mikhail e poi [spoiler]Lida da la sua parte migliore a Ivan, dopo che lei ci è saltata addosso e lui si è pure ripassato il meglio di Gulya, in una sorta di sharing che sa di amaro nei confronti di protagonista e giocatore, un tiro mancino che sa di sconfitta e tradimento a quel punto[/spoiler][/spoiler]), tutte cose che, anche se magari non gravissime, potrebbero risultare indigeste a qualcuno, soprattutto l'ultima pare proprio una beffa. [spoiler]Cioè, ok, Lida torna con Ivan, bene, ma non avevo bisogno di vedere che diventasse la sua cagna personale così di botto, già non era necessario vedere la sua "vendetta" con Gulya a fargli da assistente, ed è pure il finale buono (perché ce n'è anche uno cattivo, terribile, che non so come si raggiunga, ma si sblocca nella galleria insieme a quello buono). Per fortuna che poi c'è il loop dell'epilogo dove si recupera un po'.[/spoiler] La galleria dei replay si sblocca dopo alcune scene una volta arrivati in Russia, inoltre il titolo non dispone della funzione di salvataggio su Steam Cloud. [spoiler]Nota personale: Katya è di gran lunga la best girl, è stupenda e a me piace tantissimo, viene poi Lida, che succhia che è un piacere, Olya, che è tsunderica, ma con un corpo da favola, e Anya, per cui avevo grandi progetti, ma che purtroppo sparisce di punto in bianco finché non torna a tutta forza come Blue Kitten, peccato perché l'avrei vista molto volentieri in azione senza maschera e parrucca, e per entrambe avrei davvero voluto una route anche fuori dagli stream online. Poi Vanessa, Gulya, Rita, Kristi, Julia, la tenente (Lieutenant) e Masha. Come menzioni d'onore metterei la dottoressa (the Doctor), la preside (the Dean), Mia (Lady X), Tina, Lia e Vera.[/spoiler]

My cute roommate 1 is so much better than 2. This is worth about $5

miles better than the first game, at least it not broken and clearly tells you what to do next and progression between the stories with each character is not all over the place and bugged like the previos game. still, not a masterpiece or a very good game, still it has its charms with the quality of its characters and overall visuals.

I got the game by half price with the last summer fest which is more acceptable, the game is a big upgrade vs the first one, graphics are much better and some perks were added that didn't exist in the first one. 8/10
