Loved the retro-style of the game. Momo is a very cute and charismatic character! It takes me back to the classic 8-bit and 16-bit era. The music is very catchy and fits the game perfectly. The sound effects reflect the game's art style, including touches of other sounds and 8-bit sounds that blend well. It's a challenging game that engages you to learn the right way to pass each stage, offering a rewarding learning process. I loved the retro filter option; it looks like you're playing on a good quality CRT. Amazing game. Recommend!
jogo divertido!
The game is fun, and the arts are lovely! Momo expression just by staying idle is a cutesy one. It brings a lot of personality to the game! Music is both catchy and fun that enhances the overall experience. What I appreciated most was how easy the game was to pick up. The difficulty progression is perfectly paced, making it accessible for beginners while still offering a satisfying challenge to platformer veterans. It's a good example of a precision platforming done right. The third boss is a tough one to pass, but when you get its movements, it starts to feel get it right and it's rewarding. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great platformer with a charming character, good music, and engaging gameplay.
Such a great game with an amazing soundtrack! If you want to spent hours playing a great platform game, Momo and the Mine is the right choice!
I really liked the character and the gameplay, which, at times, was quite challenging for me. The music and sounds gives a cool atmosphere to immerse yourself in the game and have fun. I finished the level one and the boss was very challenging: if you jump wrong or wait too long you will die. I liked the game! I will return here in the future with feedback with more playing time, as I only played 40 minutes.
Jogo muito divertido com arte incrível. Destaque também para trilha sonora e efeitos sonoros. Parabéns pelo jogo pelo pessoal.
"Momo and the Mine" is a fun precision platformer with a cute mole to play as! There is also a retro filter that you can turn on and off while you are on the menu. The graphics will touch the hearts of everyone liking 8-bit games! The levels are well designed and require tight controlling. Our mole is capable of that! And with his cute technics he will manage to light yet another lamp, progress the levels and beat the bosses! The soundtrack was equally fun as were the menu options and layout as well (you'll understand when you launch it). At the time of writing, you can't remap the buttons and they aren't so convenient but you can get used to them. That's an option that should definitely be added. It will probably play better with a controller. The jump doesn't always feel 100% steady but it won't be a big problem in passing the stages. For this price, it's a must try! It's a good game and a lot of fun! Quite memorable as well.. Who can resist such a cute little mole?.. ^^ For more reviews, follow my curator https://store.steampowered.com/curator/44864435-Mewesome-Reviews/
You are getting the first negative review I've probably ever written. I dropped this game last year and didn't remember why. Then I came back to it only to be stuck on the World 3 boss. Now I think I know why I dropped it. Why are all the bosses 3 minutes straight of avoiding repetitive attacks? There is almost nothing new added, and it's so boring! I've played plenty of precision platformers and platformers in general. This is exactly how you do NOT design a boss fight, and it singlehandedly ruined the otherwise decent game for me. What a waste of my time, and utterly blatant padding. I saw there was a "1 year anniversary balance patch" and I cannot believe this wasn't changed for it. Utterly baffling decision.
Momo and The Mine encanta! Recomendo Momo and The Mine. Tamboril tá de parabéns. É um jogão! Momo and The Mine is awesome! It's like a blast from the past, with classic gaming feels. Momo, the little mole, brings that old-school pixel vibe. The entire game is pixel art, with this cool grainy filter that amps up the nostalgia. The soundtrack it's all 8-bit music. The gameplay is simple but challenging, and the levels are super varied. And the bosses are no pushovers. If you like old-school gaming gaming, you gotta try Momo and The Mine. Great game!
ドット絵のゲームが好きなので購入しました。 懐かしさを感じさせつつも新鮮なゲーム性と音楽でとても良かったです。 難易度は高めで結構やりごたえがある感じです。
