Reviews
When I first saw this game on my discovery queue, I thought this would be a fun looking game given that it's very much inspired by the Micro Machines videogame franchise by Codemasters. The trailer looked fun, too. Unforunately, when I started to play the game, I was presented by some glaring issues from how little I played.: 1. No options whatsoever exist, not even for volume settings, music/SFX toggles, and for rebinding controls. You can't even adjust resolution either. 2. The Title Screen music is too loud compared to the other songs. 3. Glaring bug with Hockey Mode - Trying to play it with only two players without any CPUs breaks all controls - Neither player's input is detected. This doesn't happen with any of the other modes, nor it happens when you play Hockey mode with CPUs. This was pointed out in the forums for the game itself since feburary 2024, and the developers hasn't answered the issue. 4. Speaking of game developers, it appears the game is completely dead, with no word from the developers. We only got the first content update out of three that was planned, and that was in a few months after the game's release (June 2023 when the game released to October 2023 when the update dropped), with no signs of any updates since then. It's May 2025 at time of writing this review. 5. The CPU is pretty ruthless in race mode, outright unfair, even, while the physics are too slippery and difficult to control. Going off-road can and WILL slow you down a lot, and with slippery physics, expect to go off-road a lot. Seriously, this game is dead in the water with no word from the devs themshelves, it's embarrassing that I have to be the first person to write a review for this game. Hell, when I first played this game, I played it for about 4 minutes and noticed most of the issues I listed out, before uninstalling it, before reinstalling it to dig further. It's a seriously embarrassing poor quality game that the devs gave no love to, with the only redeeming trait being the soundtrack of the game. And you wanna know what's even worse? This game has a demo on Itch.io, that I didn't know even existed before looking the game up on Steam! It's almost like the devs are too ashamed to put the demo up here, knowing how crap the game is! I do not recomend picking this up, even if it was just 2 dollars.
