Great 2D game!! Nice boss fights. You should give it a chance, you get real value for your money.

Don't let the game's cover deceive - this isn't a children's game and the challenge goes beyond that of later Contra titles and old shooters like Lifeforce. The difficulty is manageable up until the first flying mission in which case the game becomes exponentially more difficult than anything I've ever sat through on the 8 bit NES. I can't give the game a bad rating for it's challenge but it's times like this I wish that Steam would offer a Thumb Sideways button. I've personally uninstalled and placed at the bottom of my backlog; not because the game is bad but because the game would take far too long to memorize it's patterns than I can spare while sitting on a pile of over 3k games. The same reason I don't play MMO's - you'll wind up missing out on a good ten games in the time it takes you to master this one.
