It's an interesting concept for a game. But overall, it is just far too repetitive to justify playing. Just know what you're getting into: a hack and slash "spam X until you win" type of game.
The Nemesis system is the main reason to play this game. Otherwise it's a pretty standard open-world RPG set in Middle Earth, though I do like the amount of freedom and the lack of a dotted line so you stumble upon stories as you go. Still, as I said, the fact that the Uruk-hai have a dynamic system attached to them where certain of them will remember you and make reference to your previous encounters, as well as moving up or down a hierarchy, is what makes this game special.
Looks like meat's back on the menu boys!
Glorious banger. The nemesis system being stuck behind a patent is criminal, I have no idea why something like this could even be patented, its like putting a patent on turn based combat. But once this game gets going it's so addicting. The combat makes you feel like a badass, hunting down the board of orcs and seeing your progress is awesome. You will have rivalries with orcs that you just can't get rid of, one orc was constant thorn in my side from the beginning to the end of the game. Finally beating him was a moment of triumph. The one thing I'd say is the story is really short. I got super into the game and finished the story very quickly. I think I was too "optimized" on my approach in the second map. It might be worth consciously slowing down and even letting some time pass (the game mechanic) since once the whole board of orcs is beaten it becomes hard to keep having fun. The whole back and forth is the fun part.
Great game, unique nemesis system, I've finished the main story without completing all side missions, died many times but once you get stronger and more skillful game becomes more easy. I am yet to play other two modes which will introduce you to sequel "Shadow of war". But before I play that I will take a break cause game is very stressful at a moments. Recommended!!!
Antes estaba en español de Latinoamérica, ya no deja cambiarlo ni directamente ni de forma alternativa. Se escucha horrible en Español de España.
