Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

I purchased this game and yet to be able to sign in more or less fly. In other words I have yet to fly one flight. Steam has not been of any help. I see from all the quote "Fixes" many others have not been of any help. The only replied I have had from Steam is we can't refund your purchase price it has been over 2 weeks from purchase date. I just want to fly the game I have paid for, it's that simple.

Not even the most simple bugs have been ironed out 2 years after release

This is a Game meant for PC (incredible hardware requirements) but feels like an awful console port. Want examples? Moving the mouse has a deadzone, so if you are Firstperson next to the plane you need to move the mouse quite a bit before it actually get going. Everything has a weird delay and ramp up, so if you press a button it firstly moves in tiny increments and then jumps from 10% to 100% in one step. Zoomin the Camera in/out with the Scrollwheel is like i am scrolling through a 500 pages PDF, there doesnt seem to be a decent keybinding for this, theres an axis for this but thats just - above 50% start zooming in smoothing, below 50% zoom out slowly. the game is stuttering all over the place, in the menu things load up like i have the game on an old HDD (its on a NVME). The only stepup from 2020 is the fact that you dont start the game and need to download 200gb straight away, it now is possible to stream all of that, leading to more lag XD but hey you can download all of it. funnily enough it requires twice the space, cuz first you download all the stuff and then once its downloaded you have to click "install all" so if you need to download 150gb and oyu have only 150gb space, you have successfully downloaded everything but now the game tells you you dont have enough space to install xD flying still feels ackward, i have a 500$ ffb joystick but the game decides that theres is a weird precision around the center of the yoke, so even tho everything is set as linear, the inputs will still be very precise till 40-50% and then ramp up - basically i move my stick 70% but ingame its only 40%, and then the last couple % are really aggressive

I played a lot of MSFS 2020, and the physics/graphics aren't worth the purchase. I bought because I was interested in the marketing around 'career mode.' But, it isn't ready. It wasn't in 2024 and it still isn't. It feels like a flop and it's too bad. None of the aircraft work, the gaming system doesn't work, there's no guide on how to use career mode. Don't spend your money, please. It has default keybinds that conflict with flight and ATC. I really wish it was better, but it isn't.
