Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

Really good sim, but be prepared to have to get some addons which increases the price by another 60 euros plus a joystick is a must. So much funner if you do get it. GSX is a must have addon for ground crew and push back. Beyond ATC is good too. I love the A330 300 and to be fair to MSFS they did a good job. However the FMC is way out of date with the data and some airports are just wacky (Dubai is like a skateboard park with bumps and rises) but 90% of the game is great and you can easily play using Simbrief without needing Navigraph but watch out for runways that aren't in the fmc. For example Dublin EIDW has runway 28R in real life, but that isn't in the MSFS database, so you have to use 27L. Also, some runways have bad ILS approaches. An extra 10 mins of research pre flight using ChatGPT makes sure you don't choose out of date approaches that don't work. Simbrief will choose the right runway, but that may not be in MSFS data, so ChatGPT will flag this as it can access the database in seconds. Also, use the ILS approach chart in your EFB for the final ALT. Example FMC said to come in at FL04 (4000ft) however the chart said 3000ft. I chose the FMC and the ILS locked but the G/S didn't as I was 1000ft too high so I over shot and flew over the airport. I then had to do a manual landing. A couple of flights will sort you out and once you do, it's amazing. The live weather is so fun and 1/1 time scale. I did 7.4 hours from the UK to Dubai, flew over 3 thunderstorms and landed at 3:50am Irish time, having left EGBB (Birmingham) at 8:30pm Irish time. Yes X Plane is more polished but MSFS is overall a more fun way of flying once you understand its qirks. I've heard MSFS2020 is cleaner and more polished, maybe do your research there. I got 2024 by mistake, but I don't care as it does more than enough and I'm not bothered about career mode as I only play airline and only interested in where I want to fly. So a buggy career mode isn't an isshue for me. If career mode is what you want, I'd say 2020 is a better choice. If you prefer relalistic flights, then I'd choose 2024 as it has better aftermarket addons (free mostly) for that. But do your research, these games are pricey.

wer kommt auf die grandiose idee bäume direkt vor und hinter landebahnen zu pflanzen?! parkflächen die in gebäuden oder auf felsen liegen?! die wahl der routen und der holdshorts ist auch ziemlich banane! insgesamt haben die diversen bugs mich schon etliche millionen credits gekostet... und bei wem bitte kostet eine transall 102 millionen? die hat in den 70ern mal 10 millionen dollar pro stück gekostet. inflationsbereinigt sind das heute ab 70 mio. aber 102 mio?
