A fun puzzle platformer that makes you really think outside of the box about how you should play your next move.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2932261778 It's an interesting puzzle game. I like this type of gameplay where objects react to what the player is doing. For example, when the player moves to the right, a box becomes tall. The puzzles get more complex stage after stage, as there's always a new mechanic introduced as the game progresses. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2932261934 I got stuck on stage 5 because the solution required thinking outside the box and perfect timing. Each stage has a different visual style, which I really enjoy the minimalist style & the statistic chart, along with its sound design. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2932261824
Daydreaming at the job and falling into your boss' powerpoint. Unique and well done style. Letting players figure out the rules for themselves is the right way to do puzzles.
Was great, though I expected more content.
I really liked the game. It's a fairly short puzzle platformer with each of six worlds introducing and focusing on different mechanics. The puzzles are not particularily difficult but still some of them offer a challenge without being frustrating. It leads to those wholesome eureka moments when you discover the solution and tell yourself "It was so obvious!". The graphics are simple but really unique. By watching the environment and listening to the music and even sound effects, you can tell that a lot of thought and love went into the audiovisual style. It's a really nice game to unwind to and put your gray matter to work. Some of the levels (three per world) have an additional optional puzzle - I suggest trying to solve them as well since they are a lot of fun. I rarely write reviews on Steam but I'm impressed how much the studio respects their players. My game crashed on start at first and I complained on the forum. Didn't expect much to happen. But my issue didn't go unnoticed and Digital Dreams spent a month working on solving the issue to make it possible for me to play the game. If you are wondering if the game is worth it, I can tell you that even for the full price this studio definitely deserves your support for the way they treat their players even 5 years after the release.
The game really doesn't play well with keyboard and mouse.
A very stylish puzzle platformer that takes the idea of using no heavy handed tutorials to an extreme. Very fun to try to figure out the mechanics as the game gradually progresses in difficulty and adds in new mechanics.
Really unique platformer with cool art style and music. Finally a game that satisfies my love for pie (charts)! Got me into a flow state solving puzzles. Has some rough edges, but that is expected from small indie games like this.
It's a decent puzzle game, but after 3 hours, the game is just... done. For 14 bucks, definitely not worth it. Buy it for half price or less. The music is alright and the puzzles follow a certain charm. The "plot" takes away from the puzzle solving more than anything. Maybe I'm not artistic enough to appreciate the design and themes. Also, half the achievements are entirely unintuitive and hidden for some reason. If I didn't spoil myself I would've never guessed those achievements. Upon looking at them, though, I decided to uninstall because what the game had left to offer after reaching the credits was nothing more than redoing the same puzzles you've already done.
