Takes to long to get stuff I have only been playing a short time but I am ready to delete the game. It if taking forever to get stuff I need and I have a lot of stuff I don’t need

who hates automerge? ME! automerge was already the worst update and now u cant even turn it off before accessing the board and merging items u had saved and wasting ur moves! needs to be fixed…game play gets absolutely ruined!!!!!!

Too Long!!! You make some items take forever to merge like whatever the lotus flower is in the scarab boxes. Ive been working on that for weeks and just lost the satisfying feeling of moving on to the next steps and merging. That takes way too long and it’s become boring. Can ya’ll also make auto merge a permanent option? An hour a day is nothing for people that love their mobile games. Might uninstall and move onto another merge game.

New update The latest update is really terrible. It used to be much more fun when I could just watch an add and get more moves but now I have to buy moves which I absolutely won’t do. I hope you fix this problem

Used to be fun It used to be the right level of challenging but still fun. However, the newest updates have made it unplayable. No ads for energy, recharging times are terrible, daily scoop isn’t possible. They set super difficult (week long) objectives for tiny rewards. They’re constantly trying to lure you to spend money. Ugh just don’t bother

Do not download!! In the last six months, the developers of actively tried to ruin the experience. They’ve cut off all free resources. And have made obtaining free to play goals impossible. Everything is five to $12, customer support is a joke, do not download this game. I’ve been playing for years. The game has been sold and they are trying to push away all customers.

New updates made game unplayable I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years and have invested a lot of time but recent changes have made me not want to play anymore. Specifically, my biggest issue is the introduction of auto-merge. It was annoying enough having to disable it from the landing page before going onto the board, but a recent update removed the ability to do that and now you have to go into the board first to then turn auto merge off, causing items to merge as I rush to disable the feature. I contacted support asking if there was a way to disable auto merge before going onto the board and my question was completely ignored. The “solution” I was given was to go into the board and THEN disable auto merge, which isn’t a solution at all. Until auto merge is removed or the ability to disable it without risking my merge items is brought back, I won’t be playing anymore for the time being.

Bring back ads for energy Blue chests and extra 25 energy for watching ads went away, this makes game play short and i’m getting uninterested quickly. Have been playing for almost 4 years and this was my #1 game until now. It’s 100 and out.

No longer opens for me, after the last update. For about the past week, it just sits at 50% on the "loading" screen, with the "B" logo and a little spinning wgite circle, and never actually launches the game. I've been playing for about 5 1/2 years, and while I have enjoyed certain aspects of it, a lot of the recent changes and redesign of the layout and user interface seem like questionable choices. I'm someone who likes the auto-merge function, and wish it was just an option that we could turn on or off and leave it there. Having this randomized thing where it turns on sometimes, and not at others is pretty annoying. But I have also seen many people complaining about the new UI layout, and how it doesn't let you turn the function off until it's already started going to town on the board, and I can see where that would be a problem. One of my main complaints is just how freaking slow it has gotten. I played level 48 for somewhere between six months and a year, then level 49 took about another year, and I'm in level 50 now, but that's probably been going for close to another year or so, and I'm only about halfway through. And what do I have to look forward to at the end of level 50? 50 coins, and a blue chest, and maybe some energy. Woo hoo. 🙄 To be honest, the fact that it hasn't loaded for me in many days has provided a nice break from it. An enforced break, to be sure, but it has let me free up that chunk of time each day and go do other stuff, play other games, etc., so it's not all bad.

Starting to remember I'm starting to remember why I deleted this over a year ago. The game play is so slow! Why would any of the pieces take hours to recharge, when they already barely give you anything to begin with?!
