An Amazing Winter Web-Slinging Experience (If you can catch it on sale!) Miles was set up perfectly in Spider-Man Remastered, and this game does a fantastic job expanding on his character and diving deeper into his past. Setting the game in wintertime Harlem was an incredible choice—it gives the city a completely different, refreshing vibe compared to the first game. The Christmas lights and winter ambiance look amazing. Honestly, I almost wish I had played this during the winter instead of the summer just to match the atmosphere! As for the villains, the game handles them great. Without giving too much away, I'll just say it really is a small world! While Peter definitely has the edge when it comes to the sheer number of gadgets, Miles' unique abilities are awesome. The addition of Venom blasts and camouflage completely changes the combat flow, allowing you to play much more aggressively than you could with Peter. It makes stepping into Miles' shoes feel fresh and distinct, making the expansion entirely worthwhile. The PC port is fantastic. The game ran smoothly for me with zero lag, even on the highest settings. The winter environments really shine and perform flawlessly. If you're a fan of Spider-Man games or the character in general, I highly recommend this. However, the main storyline is noticeably shorter than Spiderman Remastered. Because of the shorter runtime, I definitely recommend picking this up when it goes on sale.
