Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales

while many people are very correct in saying this is just overpriced dlc for the first game, it is still a worthwhile pickup most especially on sale. as with the last game, i still have some bad things to say among the good; 1. what the ♥♥♥♥ is in my ears?? some of the ambient music while swinging (also present within the first game, except much more cinematic) is absolutely atrocious. not to mention a particular side quest later within the game where you effectively imitate someone's first go at a beat) 2. the game sometimes feels noticeably more buggy than the first game in the series during combat. maybe it's just me, but some of the elevated terrain seems to interfere sometimes with the hitboxes (for instance, zipping to a railing that someone is shooting you from and trying to punch them doesn't work often times) 3. genuinely probably the most forgettable villain ever. also VERY annoying. all this being said, the game does improve upon a few concepts, and using miles' powers is very fun (although i'm not sure how you can rock somebody's ♥♥♥♥ that hard and not kill them outright)
