The game is genuinely terrible, which is disappointing because I love Marvel and a lot of the heroes in the roster. After putting over 1,000 hours into it, I've recognized that Competitive is simply a waste of time. The matchmaking feels heavily driven by EOMM, making matches feel more like they're designed to control your experience than reward your skill and game awareness. I honestly can't recommend playing Competitive. Protect your peace and spend your time on a game that's actually fun and rewarding instead of one that's constantly frustrating. The worst part is that winning doesn't even feel satisfying anymore. If I win, I already expect a losing streak to follow, and if I lose, I know it's probably going to continue. It makes every match feel predetermined rather than earned. It feels every match is betting on a coin flip. On top of that, the community is one of the worst I've encountered. Teamwork is rare, and almost everyone is quick to blame everyone else instead of taking responsibility for their own mistakes, even when they're the reason the team lost, all in while you're up against the top 6 on the other team. If you really want to play Marvel Rivals, I'd recommend sticking to Quick Play or the casual game modes. Those can still be enjoyable moderately, but even matchmaking issues exist there. But if you're considering grinding Competitive, I'd save yourself the frustration.

Recent season a mess of bugs and broken teamups. I also have never seen such a bad case of eomm system as in this game in my lifetime, every second game a leaver or a thrower. And it will keep happening because this company doesn't care and just gives these people a 15 hour ban so they can throw the next day again.

Crash no Unreal Engine está bizarro. Qualquer partida está ocasionando esse crash, o que impossibilita jogar Ranked, porque tu vai ser banido igual por erro deles. Infelizmente, o jogo é extremamente mal otimizado. Embora seja legalzinho, está praticamente injogável por causa do desserviço dessa empresa. Até arrumarem esses problemas e pararem de focar apenas na sexualização das bonecas e dos bonecos, deem uma avaliação negativa nas reviews para ver se esse pessoal conserta esse jogo o quanto antes. (E não, eu não ligo para a sexualização dos bonecos. Vou comprar igual.)

♥♥♥♥ this game, i have ONE good match or THREE and then i get horrible teammates. how is the matchmaking that terrible? id rather play league for legends or valorant then this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, at least then i could maybe get out of plat one but instead i play this game and just keep going up and down.

Unplayable garbage

Marvel Rivals is a solid game, but the community needs to be studied by scientists. I downloaded it expecting superhero fights. Instead I loaded into a lobby where Spider-Man was flirting with Venom, Jeff the Land Shark was getting called "babygirl," and someone was arguing that Doctor Doom is "breedable." I don't even ask questions anymore. Half the players are sweating like it's the grand finals. The other half are in chat acting like this is a dating app with superpowers. The game itself is awesome. The people playing it? Y'all scare me. Every time I open chat I lose a little more faith in humanity... and then I queue for another match. The community should be kept under observation.

Every match is stomp or be stomped and it doesn't lead to a particularly fun or interesting game.

Great game, before they just murdered a release character's kit after almost 2 years. The worst nerf in rivals history, disguised as an ability rework. #SavePeni
