This has to be the worst matchmaking implementation I’ve ever experienced. Calling it 'matchmaking' at this point feels like a stretch, it’s the single most requested fix since launch, yet every single update manages to degrade it further. Getting thrown into a bot lobby in the middle of a winning streak makes zero sense. Credit where it's due: Season 9 is fantastic. The team-up mechanics breathe new life into every hero, making the core gameplay feel fresh. But the underlying algorithm ruins it completely—it’s just a forced 50/50 loop of 9 wins followed by 10 losses, over and over. No amount of cool content can save a game with a broken foundation. Until they address this, players will keep dropping off after testing the new updates

There is no excuse for the EOMM system as it functions currently.

Tengo problemas con la conexión siempre en partida, aunque haya revisado mi red o esté conectado por ethernet, siguen igual. Inclusive haciendo el diagnostico de red del mismo juego aparece "Conexión óptima" y a pesar de todo, voy tremendamente laggeada, no puedo ni jugar o moverme, 0 sentido.

♥♥♥♥ this game, i have ONE good match or THREE and then i get horrible teammates. how is the matchmaking that terrible? id rather play league for legends or valorant then this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, at least then i could maybe get out of plat one but instead i play this game and just keep going up and down.

Recent season a mess of bugs and broken teamups. I also have never seen such a bad case of eomm system as in this game in my lifetime, every second game a leaver or a thrower. And it will keep happening because this company doesn't care and just gives these people a 15 hour ban so they can throw the next day again.
