A small indie game in which the player must survive in a cursed house. Pros:

+ Good optimization
+ Small location
+ Nice graphics
+ Multiple game modes
+ Ability to create "your" game
+ Achievements
+ Availability: the game is free
Minuses:

- Difficulty
Total: Pretty good project, forcing the player to run away from the ghost, which set itself the task of killing the player. There is a small company, but there is also the opportunity to assemble a race from several functions, which adds excitement to the game. I recommend this project - for streamers, as well as fans of short horror
Decent game, but I didn't finish it. I found the running time was too short and makes it easier for the demon to catch you. You only get about 2-3 seconds on the first respawn to figure out where you are and run from the demon that comes up the stairs very quickly. They adjusted the demon's spawn point, but I think it's still too close. I thought I died when he got me, then I respawned and he was literally right on me and got me in one second. I was happy the devs added a brightness feature as it was way too dark at the beginning (set it to max). For $5, not a bad game. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the game due to these points, as they take away from the experience. Gameplay: https://youtu.be/9OIefMM_UTY
Game was great, only took me 20 minutes to complete. Definitely a 10/10. Play Ghost Train instead.
This game is really fun! I have't had much time to play it, but from what I have played I've enjoyed myself! I love the style and the amount of effort that went in to creating this game. I would totally recommend this game if you were looking for a short, exciting indie horror game to play. Really excited for future updates :)

Considering the game was developed by just one person I would definitely say it is definitely worth a try! You will most definitely enjoy this game's art style if you grew up playing PlayStation games as I did and tt might even take you a few attempts to get the hang of it and figure out what it is that you need to do. It personally took me a few tries but I feel that the intensity of the chase sequences will never fade away; the ambient sounds and music really work well with the overarching theme, creating a sense of claustrophobia and hopelessness. I truly appreciate the quality of life improvements the developer has been introducing thus far!
This is a game that I thoroughly enjoy. Running from the Maguntsche Demon through the house in Maguntsche Mode is actually fun, especially if I farm his Frenzy ability with the limited flashlight. Escaping his Frenzy makes everything just that little bit more thrilling, since he is both significantly faster and significantly stronger. Playing Superior Mode is even more fun due to the different customization options you can choose that change how the game functions, ranging from giving him the power to 1-hit you in exchange for a higher point multiplier, or even the add-on that prevents you from using your flashlight which gives you more of a challenge in the dark (And more jump-scares!). The archives are a really interesting mechanic, of which I like trying to grind out. Getting all the documents isn't super easy, but it is fun. This can also be said about getting all the achievements. It's not super easy, but it is fun to do. The devs are constantly working to resolve any issues that may sneak their way into the game (which isn't many, especially now), and have been working to add new things to keep players active and engaged for quite a while. They're a good team of devs. Overall, this is a really fun game, and a fun way to pass some time. I would definitely recommend to other users, 10/10 game.
The Further Descent update really helps make the game more and more enticing to replay over and over again. There are about 28 different variations of the level so the check points are not all in the same location every time. The brightness settings also help make the game visible but still offers the challenge. I personally love the multiple endings that were included in the base game and it makes for a spooky and fun experience. If you are a fan of spooky games and you want a challenging yet a vibe game after work, Maguntsche is a great choice! :)
