The most predatory and scamiest monetization system in human history... New player gate keep, you wont progress anywhere unless you pay big $$$. Matchmaking system is horrible, you will be matched with veterans in early ranks, gl winning vs broken $$$ decks. Dont waste your money playing this sht unless you trying to waste time at work, go touch grass or play better game.

its a great way to play magic whenever you want, to be honest i couldnt care less about the rigging, its the cost of the wildcards and packs that is my personal issue with the game, the shop is a complete scam unfortunately. This wont be an issue for everyone of course, but just beware before going in.

I'm giving this game a negative review solely due to it not having "Battle Hymn" or "Brightstone Ritual" for timeless. Other reasons I don't like it but were not the deciding factor. *facing the same meta builds every other match makes me think I'm playing against robots. (you're not going to include the cards I listed above but you're going to let players drop a 15/15 eldrazi with another turn on turn 2? I'm not playing the game your way you turd wranglers.) *I've never trusted a computer with shuffling cards. *Why are the card packs up to a hundred dollars? You're just getting garbage.

Every game you play it seems like they hand pick your opponent and hand to counter what you are doing. It isn't organic matchmaking

The unrelenting torrent of puss and bile that is Universes Beyond has made the game extremely unappealing. Those that are driven to infinitely consume Marvel products due to forces beyond their control have moved in, there is no longer a game of skill, only a game of "Who can buy the most Thano's sphincter images" or "Do you remember THIS cartoon?" left. Just play it in person, find online groups and other methods of playing the game. Arena was at one point fun, quick, and convenient even if it was missing a load of cards and still is (don't worry there's still spiderman png's being added) these days its longer to find games, decks are usually uninspired, the "put all my avatar and TMNT cards in a pile and DC when my commander dies once" type of player has come to be financially bled to death on the alter of sin that is playing a TGC and WotC have never been happier.

Absolutely rigged shuffler and more. If you're spending money to compete in tournaments here just be aware that there are multiple different ways that this game slants things against you consistently. There are documented freak outs about trackers and third party softwares that allow abject cheating to take place. Additionally, easy fixes exist for *some* of the cheats people use, and they've not been implemented. If you want to gamble with your money, you should just take it to a casino.
