Captures the vibe of the movies on point. Easy to learn and fun to play. Deep, but not hyper complex and therefore enjoyable. If you like the movies and open worlds an absolute recommendation.

Discovered this in 2026. Although there are some bug issues such as occassionally you're driving an invisible car, I must say I really enjoyed this game. The story line (not the biggest fan of the ending) kept me wanting to keep going The progression system, characters & voice and the gameplay for an 11 year old game is amazing. Glad I came upon it. Hope it gets a sequel because the universe would be a great survival game

Очень и очень хорошая игра, кайфанул от неё по полной. Атмосфера настоящей постапокалиптики после мировой катастрофы чувствуется в полной мере, пустыни (в играх) обожаю, так что погружение в игру было хорошее. Пока не начал делать игру на 100%...) Кататься прикольно, не надоедало, а вот однообразные драки... Это дааа, заебали под конец, хотя не, даже на середине уже. Есть конечно разные комбо, но слишком мало. Можно тюнинговать тачку, как по мощности, так и внешне. Управление для подобной игры, удивительно хорошее и отзывчивое. Нареканий нет. Насчёт сюжета много писать не буду. Просто скажу, что некоторые моменты - я так и не понял. Но от этого, было только интереснее проходить сюжетку. Побочные задания и подобное смысла описывать не вижу - они ни о чём. В общем, очень крутая и уникальная для меня игра. Хотелось бы побольше таких. Рекомендую!

WB and Avalanche in their prIme. I skipped this one back on XB360, I saw that it was similar to the Batman Arkham games I was already playing and wrote it off as a cheap clone. That was a mistake. I really enjoyed this one. The car being its own "character" to level up and kit out was awesome and im mad we havnt seen this type of system again. Everything about the car was tunable and on top of that, you can decide to kill raiders out in the badlands and take their vehicle back to a base youre allied with and add it to your collection. Theres A LOT of cars here to steal/build. If you want a "Car Junkie Apocalypse Simulator" this is the game for you. The writing isnt cringe, this was before the Millennial Writing Plague of the late 2010s and lasting even now in 2026. The game is unapologetically masculine, rugged and it has balls. A far cry from what we get now when almost every game is soft, soulless, sanitized, HR-written, cringe, millennial women slop. This type of game used to be normal, now its seen as "toxic" On a technical level, I ran it at 3440x1440 21:9 on a mix of max and high settings which stayed at my capped FPS of 144. It never dipped. I will say Audio is a bit low, I had to almost max out my headphone volume EXCEPT for when those nasty and badass storms roll through. Those are sick btw. The issue is the volume jumps like 80% which made me jump and lower my volume immediately. A bit of a mess there but thats really my only complaint technically. Overall, yes buy this game, especially when it goes on sale which it so often does. Its a breath of fresh air from this overly soft nonsense from the last 9 years.
