★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆ → 3.5 out of 5 stars MachineParty is a fun little 4 player party game. The visuals look great, the atmosphere is really enjoyable and the whole thing has this creative brutality to it that makes the minigames pretty entertaining. I had a genuinely good time playing it. The minigames are fun and there’s enough chaos between four players to get some good laughs out of it. :) My biggest issue is the replayability. After playing it 3-4 times, it starts to feel a bit repetitive. I think the game could really benefit from some kind of progression system. For example earning coins from playing or winning minigames and being able to spend them on new suit colors, hats or other cosmetics would give you a reason to keep coming back. That said, for what it is, it’s a fun game to throw on with friends for a few quick rounds. Just don’t expect it to keep you hooked for hours. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something casual and chaotic to play with friends.
