Story

The main character, Keisuke, wakes up in his home and is going to college. But his normal day is cut short when he is hit by a truck and finds himself in an unfamiliar room. There he is met by a cute girl guide named Midori, who informs him that he has entered purgatory. To get into the isekai, Keisuke needs to win three rounds of Russian roulette, complicated by extra cards. For each game won, Midori rewards him in a special way.
