BEST PM GAME, CHESED IS MY FAVORITE. (Hokma too but he's better in ruina)
Frustrating but worth it.
I haven't even completed this game yet but I would still recommend it. This game requires you to pay very close attention and learn from your mistakes. If you do not carefully think about why something went wrong, it will likely happen again. Yes, some select scenarios may be almost entirely impossible to overcome at your current stage in the game but that's why this game very generously allows you to rewind a few days or just restart the day. Some mechanics in this game don't ever tell you exactly what they are so you will rely on your memory and observation skills to learn how to overcome them. Of course, patience is required for all of this and the key reason most people do not enjoy this game. When you do finally get through the difficulties, especially with no deaths, the satisfaction is immense. If you enjoy fast-paced action games with instant satisfaction, this game will likely not be for you (no shame in simply not liking this genre by the way). In fact, this game even includes a pause function so you can analyze the whole situation safely, which often results in 2 minutes of paused gameplay for every minute of real movement for me. If you enjoy games that don't hold your hand and let you stumble around until you feel the satisfaction from learning yourself, this game is for you. If you have made the decision to play this game, here are a few extra tips if you want them: 1. Even if you have made up your mind that you will restart the day, it is beneficial to observe and experiment before doing so to examine some game mechanics that may, in the future, trip you up if you still don't know how to deal with them. 2. Learn how to train your agents through work types. Fortifying your agents using LOB (the game's currency) is an option but LOB is generally more useful hiring other agents while being hard to obtain if agents keep dying. 3. Try not to make favorites with your agents. One agent with max stats and advanced EGO equipment is practically the exact same as another agent with max stats if you simply mixed up their EGO equipment (with the exception of agents who have received EGO gifts). 4. Don't try to keep torturing yourself and pushing through the days if you get an extremely difficult abnormality, especially early-game. Often, you are able to rewind to a time before you had the abnormality and you will enjoy your gameplay much more. 5. Don't be like me, restarting the day every time a single agent dies. I have 200 LOB and am just now realizing I could've saved myself multiple hours by just hiring more agents. There are still scenarios where you should restart though even if you are able to complete the day. There is a balance between the two but I still don't know it myself. Hopefully, this can help some people enjoy this game more since I do think it has a great story. Although, I still am only at around day 43 myself. If any words are spelt wrong or if there are grammatical errors, I'm sorry, English is my first language and numerous years of learning it are still not enough.
Sir another Aleph class abnormality has breached containment.
