a great game with a ton of potential. the game play does feel a little wacky at times but overall not bad. hope this gets fully fleshed out someday.
could maybe have been nice, but my pc can't take high graphics and there's no option for low settings
I really wanted to like this game, the idea is honestly really cool, and the art style is very pretty, but the gameplay just doesn't feel good. The wolves seem to respawn almost instantly, so if you have even a single sheep with you you'll be constantly under attack by enemies. You can't sprint without losing all your sheep because they can't keep up with you even for a little bit, and you can't really attack either because your skills and attacks drain so much energy that you'll almost constantly be out of it. I think it's supposed to charge faster the more sheep you have, but more sheep means more enemies so whatever benefit it gives you is basically useless. It's very hard to get through a battle without losing any of your sheep, either because they got caught by a wolf (that you cant chase, because again, the rest of the sheep cant follow fast enough) or the sheep got stuck in random roots or something. I also couldn't progress past the second area, because the game kept saying I had to save sheep from the wolf dens, but there were no sheep in any of the dens. The reaper form seems good on paper, you one-shot any wolves you attack, and it's basically mandatory if you want to reach a den, but you also move at lightning speeds so any sheep that you rescue from said den have 0 chance of actually following you out, unless you awkwardly stutter-step your way back. Also, as mentioned by almost every other review, the optimization is awful, I am above recommended specs and the game still has weird stuttering issues at times. Since the game is a student project and there hasn't been a single update since release, I doubt the game will get any fixes to make it a smoother experience in the future. Which is a shame, I could see myself really enjoying a game like this if it was just balanced a bit better :(

Well, you need to have in Mind that this is a Studend Projekt. There are some Bugs, sometimes you stuck in trees and have to move the Camera to get out - i also fell into the "Programming - Abyss". Suddenly the Space where empty and there was no way to get out :) Thats the Bad sides. Now the good ones. I played a little bit not even a full Hour, i will give it another try sometime later. Now ; There is some potential, i liked the mechanics and the atmosphere. I also liked to save the Sheep from Wolfes and be a good shepherd. Its for free so there is no financially harm to try it. This could, with some more work put in, be a realy good game. It makes fun (if you don´t suffer from the bugs to much). For a students Project it is a good game. I have seen worst for a full on Price game by famous developers. I wished they would work on the Game and polishing it to it´s full potential. All in all, just try it out!!! So even with the bugs it gets a Recommendation! (also controllers are supported!)
The game was engaging and fun. I was a little confused at first as I couldn't find an explanation about "The Reaper". The tutorial helped me a little bit, but I still felt like I didn't totally understand what was going on. It would be helpful if there was a map, but it's small enough that I was able to figure it out.
really really beautiful and a great atmosphere! definitely recommend to anyone who finds the trailer cool, and i love the music
I'll be keeping an eye on this game, It's really good 10/10 would recommend
Its an okay demo. 5/10
I absolutely love this game! One of my coworkers suggested it to me and I am so happy he did! The music to the game is absolutely beautiful. I love how easy it is to play, however, I know it says you can play it both keyboard+mouse and controller but it feels as though it was really made to just be played with the controller. Not made though, it was easier to play that way. I would greatly love to see this game finished and be able to play it more! I replay it so often just to hear the music and the beautiful horn. 10/10 Amazing game only note is that anyone else who wants to play use a controller.
Seems like a super cute and nice game, however we absolutely need a gaming PC, despite what it says you CAN NOT launch with less than 8Go of RAM. I have 16Go and it's asking a lot. Furthermore, as a French person, it is almost impossible to play since you can not change the controls : WSAD is unplayable for me. So, if you have an qwerty gaming PC, you'll be able to play, and it seems nice, I'm happy for you. If not, then do not bother downloading it. It's sad coz it seemed to have potential.
