Sometimes it takes a real man to be the prettiest girl
ok, don't get me wrong. I love this game. The outfits are gorgeous and the storyline is fun (I usually skip it lol bc I like the dress up mechanics much more than the lore). The problem is this: this game is horribly optimized. Every time you buy or unlock a new outfit, it has to download. Every time you try a new pose, it has to download. Worse, sometimes the game will get stuck loading a new asset and just sit there. I don't even know how much of the asset beyond the base game have filled up my pc, and I haven't even downloaded all the constantly downloaded things (like, 50 gb!). Additionally, the UI is very confusing. It just doesn't seem like it was translated very well into English. AND THE GATCHA STUFF. Good grief, I knew what I was getting into but jeez. Fun game. Not worth the massive game size and unoptimized mess that comes with it.

The character creator is wonderful, some spots could use a bit of refinement, like better English descriptors on the slider bars instead of "New Width Slider" as an example. The art direction and fashion in the game are fun and interesting. The story seems shallow and when you actually think about some of the events and why your character is dressing up it begins to feel a bit silly and contrived, but this is excusable to me to have opportunities to pick new outfits and have fun. what really surprised me was how in the course of a day my whole hard drive was bereft of space. The games main page says just under 8 GB download and the recommended space on the settings says 30 GB. The game gets away with this by creating a Folder in the game file structure labeled "ingameupdate" (Azure/Output/ingameupdate) that grows well beyond that 30 GBs. Mine is 71.9GB. There is no mention of this whatsoever in the game or in the Steam settings area. No settings option in the game itself can be used to restrict this, or prevent it. the game will download this data whenever it is running. This is unfortunate as I would love to recommend this game, however, the size of its "ingameupdate" is just inexcusable. Put it in the settings page on steam, stop being deceptive about it. compress it, anything would have been better than being shady about it. what else are they being shady about if this is how they handle the size of their game? The sad thing is, the game is fun for what it is, why be deceptive about drive space like it's some dirty secret. Just say your game requires 80 GB's.
Incredibly busy and confusing UI and requires constant downloads.
Full heads up, it's gacha. They're generous with the currency but it's still gacha. But the fashion is fun, the customization gets better every update, and it's got the weirdest story mode ever.
This game is very beginner friendly, i would say its a lot of MINI reading but once you read through the tutorial, youll know what to do. a little friend explain everything, also i like how there is more them just fashion in this game. Im interested in the story and all, ill come back and update if anything changes...trust.
Once you reach chapter 20, which could take weeks, possibly months, maybe even years, but once you reach chapter 20, the voice lines are suddenly no longer being voiced. I don't know why. I'm not going to go onto social media to find out. It should be stated in-game why there aren't any voiced lines yet.
I love this game and how you can freely customize your character, like everything in the character can be customized. I have been playing the game for years and this game has always been a breath of fresh air for me after playing so many games in a day. Like no real goal for a day, just dress up and be pretty. Thats it. I am a big spender in this game too and I love the graphics, the designs of the clothes and the freedom to fully customize your dress up. I also love the housing and how you could make a house from scratch though I wish that ALL furnitures are interactive. I also wish they would make more MEN CLOTHES or MANLY outfits so we can create more manly characters.
Tried to log into my mobile account and was told the "account doesn't exist" despite me looking directly at my account on my phone. I was able to login using the email address that was bound to my account, only for the game to completely start me clean over, acknowledging none of my progress or recent purchases. I'd hoped to switch to PC to be able to enjoy some of the features that would otherwise make my phone overheat, but there's no way I'm going to start all the way over again.
It's definitely worth it for the dress up part alone.
