Legionwood 1: Tale of the Two Swords

Somewhat lacking in UI creature comforts and in-game explanations, but very solid rpg gameplay and story; reminiscent of classic NES jrpgs. Appx 40 hours of play as a seasoned vet with full completion. Definitely recommend. Edit: Multiple reviewers say this game is too hard!? What a sad state of gamers they must be. You can literally redistribute your stat points and equipment at any time out of combat. You can buy every spell/skill for any character if you want. You can pick up items which summon an additional NPC party member (that level quite well). Healing / Damage / Status Effect items are distributed fairly well, and you can buy more if needed. The battles themselves are varied, but not so much that you have to change tactics every fight. If anything I found the game a little bit easy (until the final few hours) and found myself using a set rotation of spells, which started to get tedious and then the difficulty ramped up just in time. Instead of grinding to over-level encounters I actually found myself using items to reduce them for a bit more of a test. It is challenging in a good way and not just the same battle on repeat for 40 hours.

免费的RM游戏，质量很不错，没有通关，卡在了第三章的border desert，没有找到攻略中所说的骷髅 音乐音效没有听不作评价，画面素材都是RM的，少量CG 剧情很有王道JRPG的范，少年少女走出家乡拯救世界和大魔王决一死战，冒险途中结识各种朋友并肩作战，偶尔路见不平帮忙做些支线。主线剧情还是挺紧张的，主角团们从被误认为刺客开始就一直处于险地，没有片刻安宁。到第三章为止的剧情可以打85分以上，不知道后面会怎么样 战斗系统是传统回合制，需要根据敌人的特性选择不同魔法，不然反而会给敌人加血，也需要搭配不同特性的装备。人物培养系统有点特色，可以自由洗点来培养不同的战斗类型，但是经过我的尝试貌似只有物攻魔攻两种，想培养一个T的但是一直没成功，讨论区的攻略也说了培养T不合适。 虽然半途而废有点可惜但是卡关了也没办法，缘尽于此了。

I played this a few years ago and loved it! Although it was quite buggy here and there I kept going and here I am over 100 hours in. I started the game out quite rough as I kept losing a lot at the beginning before I reached a save crystal, but I enjoyed the challenges and fun. It was an experience. Sidenote: I finished the game I believe in 2017? It was quite a long time ago. I tried it because I just wanted to try final fantasy-esque tactics.
