I want to learn how to race, got a Logitech RS50 setup, and after 30 years of light "sim" and "racing" experience I just want to string it all together. I tried the whole AC lineup, AMS2 ... and after some research and a "is it realistic" from James Baldwin I decided to give LMU a go ... and oh boy, this is it. This is it! This is the title that I'll invest into to learn the ropes. why LMU? - very solid performance, around 150 fps on everything maxed out (rtx 4070ti super) - tyre and suspension model feels realistic in how it slides and moves around (kinda like AC but with way more communicative FFB) - ... and all of this comes through FFB beautifully - AI racing is solid (AI is rather aggressive even on minimum aggression!) - online ranking system looks solid ... although I'm far away from online racing ... - sound is very good - looks good Pricing structure is a little bit steep, so I'd look for deeper sale ... unless you compare with iRacing, then just buy the whole thing outright and enjoy xD For racing I like this and ACC the most at the moment. Hope they release the career and more SP content at some point.

If you plan to play multiplayer, unles you are ready to pay iracing prices, get ready to race only 3 cars on 1 track, sebring. useless.
