Laser Defense Extreme

Ok but not great tower defense game. It seems to have all the standard tower types, like slowing, area effects, or super long distance but slow to fire. But the documentation/tutorial is super lacking, and the graphics just make it that much worse, with health bars that are nearly the same color as the background, and in general UI elements that have the lowest possible contrast with their background. Plus some UI elements don't work (speed adjustment does nothing) or entirely missing, such as a next wave button. Maybe there's some great depth to the game-play I'm missing because I'm not willing to replay the levels a bunch to figure everything out, but with such a lackluster UI and gameplay visuals it's hard to be motivated. I'm really shocked I actually gave it 30 minutes of play time, actually. Perhaps that's because I pointed out some of this in my original review and the dev promised to fix some of it. Well, his fixes were pretty lackluster. This game is no longer a hard pass, but it's definitely meh at best. I'm not expecting bloons TD level graphics or gameplay, but this should be 99 cents or free given what's on offer currently. I wish there was a thumbs sideways option. But since it's a first time effort I'm going to be friendly and give it more than it really deserves, a thumbs up.

I love Laser Tower Extreme! For me, Laser Tower Defense is one of the best, although not without issues. This TD works with a killstreak system to kick in multipliers. I played for over 3 hours and haven't passed the first stage. The difficulty gets unbearable at Wave 23 or so. Only played one level, but it seems interesting. Looks like a wide array of towers eventually.

have not give rating for this game used curators orginal but decided to do it here as well, welll done indie game even if i get it free it would be worth with that price tag
