Your quintessential construction simulator is here. Take a dodgy loan, restore a property, move in the locals, attend to their grievances, then celebrate with a pint in this fully-simulated, open-world 1980's Britain.

I like the game but i want to love it, its rather unfinished and buggy despite it being a finished release, you can really only have one tenant despite being a landlord, you cant build a garden to your property with the only fences being the ones you remove at the start, the only expansion of properties you can do is the storage lot you get when you finish your first house and ive had bugs where items fling themselves into the stratosphere if you place them slightly funny, also theres a lack of variety in freelance construction jobs, basically the patio for the job centre lady, the church roof for the scrap yard lady, and i think the brick wall at the pub
holy peak gameeee 10 out of 10 recomend!!!

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

brill game and funny af
Fun game about building, actually really realistic compared to most games like it. Better than House flipper, as I've also played that
The game is definitely worth the money, even though there are still a few system-level bugs and minor technical issues. I was a bit disappointed to find that certain buildings and locations are currently locked off and inaccessible. That said, the game has huge potential, and I’m confident the devs will keep improving it through future updates.I also ran into a bug that can seriously break the game's economy, which is why I think the ways you can make money should be more diversified and thoroughly tested to prevent these kinds of exploits from ruining the gameplay experience.I’m really itching to actually use the buildings that are currently locked up and explore the rest of the town. I really hope things get sorted out and future updates bring more variety to the activities and unlock more accessible areas.Overall, it’s a solid game with tons of potential and a great story in the making. The graphics look great and create a really unique vibe that pairs perfectly with the soundtrack.I love the idea of the cassette tapes, and I think it’d be awesome if they added more little touches like that to make the world feel more engaging. The catalogs are a really neat and aesthetic touch for this type of game and art style, and the mechanic of making money off of scrap metal and junk is pure genius.Another feature I absolutely loved is the slot machines area. Every time you spin the reels, it leaves you on the edge of your seat, just hoping to hit that jackpot. It’s a simple detail, but it’s incredibly fun and manages to deliver some truly memorable moments. The game absolutely nails the 1980s small-town UK atmosphere—it is brilliant and really makes you feel part of that world.I’ll probably take a break from the game for a while since I’ve pretty much done everything there is to do in the current version. However, I truly hope it keeps getting updates, because it has everything it takes to become something really special.
Played this game for 5 hours straight and only hopped off because I had school. Great game I love this ♥♥♥♥
I do really like the game, but I have to say... Why do we only get one plot?
Oh, how much I want to give this a purely positive review. In my eyes, this game is amazing—great, fantastic, and every other adjective you could use to describe an excellent game... but sadly, I can't. This game is absolutely worth the price. It's the only game in my entire library that I feel good about paying full price for. As I said, I love this game, but you can't write a review without acknowledging the buggy mess that it truly is at its core. There are so many game-breaking bugs, like placing an object in the wrong spot and having the entire living room suddenly explode, forcing you to rebuild everything. I really wish this game hadn't been abandoned, because I could have seen it becoming incredibly popular across the gaming community. It has the perfect balance of realism for its time, hilarious NPCs, and genuinely funny dialogue. Unfortunately, all of that is dragged down by the sheer number of bugs, glitches, and technical issues. I would highly recommend this game to everyone, but just remember to bring a little patience. The bugs, glitches, and overall messiness of the game's systems can be incredibly frustrating, but underneath all of that is a truly fantastic game.
A decent enough construction/management simulation game. It's exactly as it seems, and you can get fairly creative with your builds visually, even if there's little functional reason to do so in-game. The achievements aren't too difficult to get, though unless you want to waste hours trying different mix combinations, you'll likely look up how to get the prime version of each mix, as the game never even hints at what a good combo would be other than experimentation. The game does have its problems, but I believe that if those negative reviews (or even my own complaints) turn you off from what you believe may be an enjoyable game for you, then get the game on sale, as it's still worth it then. I have 3 main complaints: 1. There's only 3 side jobs. They repeat endlessly and always pay the same. The first time you do each of the three you don't even get paid, you just get a cassette for music, which is neat in the way they did it, but it gets boring fast when it's just the exact same maintenance jobs over and over. Two of those jobs even require you to source your own materials, which can be a pain, while the third gives you everything you need and can be done in seconds. 2. There's only 1 housing plot. You can't own multiple plots to build and manage for multiple tenants while also retiring to your own. You just manage the single plot, and while you can freely buy and sell what you build on that plot, it's still very limiting, despite very clearly having multiple completely empty fields all around your plot that exist only to slowly collect scrap on over time. 3. There's only 1 save slot, so if you wanted to try playing differently, you need to wipe your old save (or manually back up your saves yourself).
frustrating at times especially when slots are unlucky
