Landlord of the Woods

For the most part this is a fairly simple puzzle game. For its price I can't really complain about quality however I did encounter one particularly annoying bug a number of times. The game will sometimes just seemingly stop working properly. For example I couldn't use a key on the correct locked door, so I had to reset. Upon reset, the same key suddenly worked fine on the same door. Quitting back to the menu then continuing the game fixed these issues, however it does reset your progress in that particular section.

I had a very interesting kind of fever dream after playing this... 8/10 would dream again!

Beautiful piece of Art. Cute yet for some a bit Disturbing. Very short but worth it for the visuals. ♥

Love this Dev's games! Imaginative, whimsical (despite the darker side of the plots/activities), clever story lines...I play with the sound off, so can't comment on the sound track. Please keep these coming!!!! :)

局限：无成就无中文（文本不多，可以机翻） 游戏类型：点击解谜 评价：整体谜题不难，适合新手解谜，故事结尾倒是有趣，确实没往这方面想，暗黑童话风。 但是我个人的实际体验比较糟糕，我一共遇到了3个bug。 BUG： 1.在拜访第四位访客的时候，点击他手上的盒子可以进行一个小游戏，这个游戏途中会出现没有钥匙的情况，整个游戏进度被卡死。非常的影响我的游戏体验，但是并不用从头开始游玩，只需要从设置回到菜单界面，选择继续游戏可以直接来到这关继续尝试（解决方法就是不断重复尝试，就有概率出现钥匙） 2.在结算租金的时候，第四位租客和第五位租客的信息进行了调换，这个bug并不影响游玩，我尝试过两遍，有概率是正常的。 3.在最后一关，给租客们准备食物时，苹果和蘑菇的模型会卡在一起，多次点击可分开 评分：7/10

short, sweet with a tinge of decay and meat.

I really enjoy everything this developer puts out. They have an odd collection of creepy, yet cozy, titles. Landlord of the Woods is everything you look for in a short point and click game. It's calm, mindless gameplay (in the best way).

This creator is someone I'm honestly not the biggest fan of, overall. Yet my love puzzle games and with a unique sense of style, I find myself drawn right back to a project I haven't played through yet. Landlord of the Woods is a very short-and-sweet title that doesn't do much in terms of it's puzzles. At no point did I find myself challenged and struggling to figure out the next steps of what to do through my time with the game. Unfortunately, this made for a game that I find hard to recommend at all. With that said, it isn't the worst game by any means. The visuals and music that is in the game are charming enough that I kept finding myself wanting to see more. If the puzzles were just tweaked to be a little more challenging, I would probably rate the game slightly higher as a decent little puzzle game. But with that said, it's truly a mediocre game with a unique art direction from the creator. If you are interested in the art alone, it isn't too long and worth a play through. And for $0.99, it's well worth the price to explore this interesting little project.
