7/7 - Because it's free 6/7 - if it cost $5-10 Damn. This game was tight. Very refreshing too. Who would enjoy it? If you like Suda51 games like Killer7. If you love the look of old PlayStation 1 games and their music. If you like dungeon crawling, cyberpunk exploring, kingdom hearts storying, wacked out, cracked out parody, with with mature dialog. Loved it. It's a bit of a slog in movement and transitions from district's takes more effort than it should. You can't control ambient volume. No inventory to see what you have. Some controls not explained. These are all very forgivable for the price of the game.
An inferior copy of Kowloon's Gate, a 1997 PS1 game. Emulation has gone a long way, so feel free to play that instead. As it stands, I agree with all the other negative reviews. This is just not up to the standards they themselves have set when they collected on the SEL influence.
