great games, but i've played this collection from ps3, ps4/ps5 and now pc and the pc one is a awful port. which is the only reason i'd give this a "not recommend". the game will say it can run at 120hz/fps but it's actually a lie and the number is just there in spirit and nothing more. easiest way to notice is just load a authentic 120hz+ game and then try kh2 for example, and you'll realize the fps counter isn't accurate the game is actually locked at 60fps but it also isn't smooth despite turning on vsync and messing with all the settings. so the games will run at most 60fps with some random dips for no reason, but overall the game being locked to 60fps is to be expected due to how old the games are. looking past that, the audio is an absolute mess, especially in kingdom hearts 2, so many times when the audio would clip, randomly get loud or dip and get quiet, it's distracting and annoying. overall I could play kh2 for the most part and finish it without issue, but i don't think this collection is worth paying full price though, better to get on sale for like $20 or something

"I wanna get into Kingdom Hearts, but I don't know where to start" Buy this. This has everything from KH1 to Birth by Sleep, which is 4 playable games and 2 cutscene compilations. Start at KH1 and if you enjoy it, just move down the list one by one. The games do need to be done in release order if you want to keep track of everything. There are some minor audiovisual downgrades that unfortunately are just part of the deal when it comes to HD remasters of PS2 games, but otherwise this is a fantastic collection of games and with a fully orchestrated soundtrack on KH1, KH2 and Birth by Sleep to boot.

i love this game and this franchise

since this is an old game, mechanics are pretty bad, the story and models look sick though.
