This game had a bad launch, but it's come a long way and feels pretty good now. It needs more content and some actual good cosmetics, but the powers and combat are solid.
bad bad and click unistall again
Those who are complaining about shaders, compliance, or graphics and optimization being bad, for example those who have +year-old graphics cards and low RAM sizes, etc. Should think about what it takes to have to run the game most issues I've read in the reviews are people using AMD gpu or have almost a 10 year old graphics card complaining about not being able to run it smoothly or having to run shaders for more than 5 to 10 mins, I run everything smoothly on my pc at the highest settings or just on the "High" to "Ultra" options and runs like butter, I have yet to notice any drops in frames or have any crashes. So stop mentioning issues with performance if you don't have a good system to run it. Don't expect to have the bare minimum requirements and run it fine on low settings; it's hanging on by a thread at that point. Now on to the actual game, it's alright for a shooter wave game. I like the movement, gunplay, and skills. I've played almost a full day's worth of gameplay and have around 300+ hours on KF2, and there are things that should be changed, but I will say there are better things done in KF3. Some gripe at the minuscule things here and there. Those people need to realize it's been a singular year since the game came out, and it's made outstanding changes since release, and more changes and updates are most likely to come out since it's still getting updates till this day. Now, do I recommend the game? I have been enjoying it for what it is if your expecting a copy-paste KF2, then don't buy the game. If you want to try something that has multiple enemies that will bully you into a corner like most wave FPS shooters, then go for it. It has cool guns and effects that will decimate enemies if you build a weapon powerhouse, wanna reload and burn those around you? Go for it. If you want to freeze a large area of enemies and blow them up into Zed shards, you can do that. Is this a good killing floor game? It's alright for what it is now, but it has improved greatly since release, and that shows that they actually care despite the devs' downfall at the start. The gameplay is fun, and the enemies will have you pulling your hair out at times, but at the end of the day it's fun once you get that gun you built to shred enemies down. Also, you have more fun if you actually find people to play with, so keep that in mind; it might change your opinion if you have others to play with and joke around. It's a good game for what it is. Is it a better successor to KF2? No, not right now anyway, but the way the game is going it will be in the future, so those holding out hope, then keep doing that because they are working on the game, and it can be seen in the changes from release till now. Side note (Apologies for any grammar mistakes running on 2 hours of sleep)

I came in to the game some month after launch, and it's already fixed most of the issues that people (including myself) complained about. I love the game and feel really optimistic about its future.
Played for a few hours over the free weekend. It was decent enough, and has some good ideas in it. I played KF2 a lot, and this added some good ideas onto the basic formula, but something in the gameplay was missing to make me want to purchase it and keep playing, and the non-free weekend player base is so low it might be tricky getting a game. The first player experience was bad though... the compiling, then being stuck on loading player profile, then having to load the stronghold to even find a game, then kicked back to the very, very, start of the game when a server was inaccessible. It's not bad at all though and doesn't deserve such low ratings.
