Best game ever. Going to be playing a lot of this
Хорошая игра, которая живёт за счёт модов, но это не плохо, а наоборот, хорошо.

Literally a RTS, RPG and Open World in one game. Even better is that you have complete control over the world- you can be a radical revolutionary spreading freedom across the world, a autocrat, guided by providence to crush all opposition, or simply a humble farmer! Only problem is that you need a LOT of mods for the game to work properly. 10/10, would recommend!
While the game can be fun for a short period, I was surprised with how incomplete many systems are, especially given the age and the reputation of this game. In short, I would suggest waiting for the sequel, as it seems likely there is no chance existing mechanics are improved. I could give numerous examples, but to start: the faction mechanics are almost impossible to interact with, bar extreme world changing events like killing a faction leader. There are no familiar quest systems or low-level bounties to improve your standing with a faction. Like most things with Kenshi, an online search will suggest an exploit or mod to get around this. Another example is the shop counter, which should allow you to manage your own store, but is bugged due to a broken NPC wage system. NPC interactions are extremely limited and the world feels rather lifeless. There are lots of people walking about, sure, but you can't talk to most of them, and those you can are usually unnamed shopkeepers with generic dialogue. There are entire major cities without any non-generic interactable NPCs. While combat is visually pleasing at times, there's a strange restriction wherein you can't kill downed enemies. So you can chop off limbs by chance, but if someone is knocked out, you have to wait for them to stand up to hit them again.
