This "full release" is an abandoned early access in disguise. A pig in makeup to dodge penalties from Valve for failing to release as promised. Shame because this was a promising game especially with a sim wheel. Abandonware, do not buy no not even on the $3 sale. It's my understanding this now fails to launch for new players as the servers are offline.

Game is unfinished, studio no longer support the game so no active development. When it works, it's great but that's rare. Game suffers from intermittent frame stutter where you'll drop to 14 fps for a period of time which just ruins any race. Save your money - buy something else. This could have been great.
