Jumphobia Classic

0/10, I love the jumphobia game on flash and thought that this would be a great preservation of a classic game. It's not. The game is bugged to the point where even in the middle of a regular flat platform, I still keep on jumping. Making completing even the first level close to impossible. Also I have to force quit the game every time I play it due to not having an quit button. I'm refunding this but I will purchase it again if everything wrong with it gets fixed.

Когда-то на момент выхода Clive Barker’s Jericho критику нещадно критиковали игру за то что герои не умели в ней прыгать. В 2017 данная особенность становится заглавной фишкой в Jumphobia.Точнее в 2D платформере человечек под вашим управлением способен ны прыжок только случае падения с уступа, эдакая защитная реакция. Как и в любом другом проекте одной идеи условия быстро наскучивают. Разработчики конечно попытались добавить всякие баллоны, гранаты, заигрывания с гравитацией, исчезающие платформы и т.д., короче все по классике. Но это мы уже видели десятки раз. В издании классик существуют экспертные уровни и локации сделанные пользователями и вот последние реально способны дать настоящий вызов, с помощью таймингов и западлистых ловушек. Причем это удивляет, так как сам редактор неимоверно забагованный, сделать в нем хоть что-то сродни посещению садо сеанса. Советовать кому-то Jumphobia Classic трудно, мне не очень понятна целевая аудитория проекта - для детей слишком сложно, для людей постарше очень легко. Возможно головоломка подойдёт казуалам как плавный переход к более сложным собратьям по жанру. Так что им и порекомендуем 6.0.

UNDERRATED GEM!!! its really interesting to not be able to control your jumps in a genre of gaming all about jumping. This is actually a collection of three games following this concept that were originally web games, now packaged on steam! you can check them out for free online before buying if you want to make sure you like it, but it's a really inventive idea thats worth a shot whether you buy it or not!

Very Awesome Game!

Absolutely worth the cost, difficulty spikes a bit near the end but nevertheless a good purchase for only 3 dollars.

I've always loved this game. as it is a fun and addicting game. The problem is that somehow the steam version is buggier than the web version. When I played the web version of it, it had little to no bugs, but on the steam version the level editor is broken and it wouldn't even let me play the final expert level. It also unlocked the expert level before I had completed all the other levels. I do not recommend buying this on steam, rather go play it on web for a better experience. I'm very disappointed that I paid 99 cents for a game I thought would have a better experience when I could've just played it on web for free.

The music doesn't work, object speed/physics is doubled so sand platforms crumble before you have a chance to step off them making some levels impossible, and there's no quit button.

Are you depressed? Are you looking for something to help pass long periods of time to get through this tough little thing called life without having to think about it? I logged almost 11.5 hours and am nowhere near done with this game. Warning: This game is highly, highly addictive... but there are worse addictions to have. I highly recommend this addiction!
