Genre
Ein einfaches Wimmelbildspiel (Hidden Object) im Dschungel/Abenteuer-Setting.
Spielzeit
Etwa 2,6 Stunden. Beendet am 02.12.2022.
Story
Gameplay
Fazit
A decent game if you don't mind a predictable storyline. 2 hours well spent. Positive - Puzzles that increase in difficulty as you progress - A button allowing you to skip puzzles and continue the story - Interesting concepts of the dungeons you travel through, graphics are nice Neutral - Generic story, easy to predict events as nothing spectacular happens - No character development, characters are pretty much nothing beyond Mom, Dad, Children e.tc - Just a few different puzzles Negative - Bland, repetitive background music that does not fit at all. I had to turn it off because I couldn't tolerate it. - A few times the game wouldn't register clicking the correct item
a nice, old short HOG that is worth trying pros. ok art ok music ok story the difficulty of the puzzles gradually gets higher cons. very short (a bit more than 1 and half hour) no bonus story repetitive puzzles weird bug with the in-game mouse courser having weird artifacts around it so i had to use the windows courser no voice acting despite being very short i kinda recommend this game as it was probably pretty polished at its original release time. i see some efforts were made. though to be said i only recommend it on a high discount. for the full price it is just not worth it. i give it 5/10
Lots of repetitive puzzles, poor and infrequent hidden object scenes.
This casual point-and-click adventure has a surprising amount of depth and charm for how low-tech, low-rez, low frame-rate it is. There are nice puzzles and terrific music. Still, it's hard to believe this game was released in 2010! Its technology seems a decade older. It's not just the technology is old. It's also very, very short for this type of game. And though the puzzles are fun, the same concepts repeat themselves over and over. It's a nice little snack for fans of the genre. Just make sure you understand: it's short.
Decent, almost all, if not actually all, the puzzles can be solved with observation and logic. Sometimes it might be a bit tricky when the hidden object areas come up and you have to find the tools laying around to actually solve some puzzles but it was entertaining. I think this type of game can be played at any age but might be better for kids to help develop some puzzle-solving thinking skills or observation skills. It's a bit short for the price in my opinion, maybe if it's on sale for $5 or less, or if you get it in a bundle it's a slightly better option.
Even considering the age of it, we're really scraping the bottom of the HOG barrel here.
This is an old Artifex Mundi hidden object/puzzle game where you must click through various screens with light inventory management, and complete a series of hidden object and 2D point and click puzzle games. While these games can be entertaining for casual gamers, this one doesn't even have widescreen support, it's just too far below minimum quality to accept. $10 price tag can buy you much better hidden object games, or non-casual games too.
