Jettomero: Hero of the Universe

I really want to like Jettomero for its charming concept and story, but its gameplay is incredibly shallow. You search tiny planets for bosses and cosmetic items, engage said bosses in brief QTE sequences, solve a cipher puzzle after each battle, then rinse and repeat a dozen more times. There just isn't enough depth or challenge to justify its existence as a video game.

Darn shame this isn't available for sale anymore, and I'm not sure of the story behind it. It's a tiny little art piece. There's not much to it. It mainly exists to evoke the feeling simplicity in the universe. You're a simple giant with a simple life.

Jettomero is a quick, simple game that lives from its atmosphere. The gameplay is incredibly repetitive but with its short runtime it avoids overstaying its welcome too long. Finishing the game without seeing everything took me 90 minutes, so consider that if you are price sensitive. There is nothing else out there like it, so if you need a calm palate cleanser after a hectic action game, this might be for you.

An awesome comic book space synth adventure. Great soundtrack with space-y and retro synth sounds, lovely visuals with a great cel shaded look, and a fun straightforward exploratory/action gameplay loop. A fun quick game with lots of character.

Un juego bastante interesante y experimental. Tiene muchos detalles enfocados a apoyar la narrativa y con un aspecto visual bastante bueno. Lo recomiendo para pasar una buena tarde relajada. Por favor, mas juegos de este estilo.

Não consigo mudar a língua do jogo para português porque quando você entra nas opções não tem como voltar para a tela inicial. Esse jogo saiu em 2017, ou seja, já deu tempo de arrumar esse bug.
