Jar Wars is a slap-stick multiplayer VR game. Battling with friends and foes using impractical weapons like giant rockets, a hologram sword, and boxing gloves. Will you be the last brain standing?

movement sucks. feels bad. game could be good but i just hate the movement
The game is very fun when you play with 2-3 other but the walking is what i hate the most. When you walk you go into third person and its very annoying.
Fun game to play with friends
"Jar Wars" is a dead and abandoned PvP only VR only fighting game with a joke theme ripping off Star Wars (badly). Fight other players in a VR arena by waving your arms around... well, that's what you'd do if there were any. Players, not arms. This game requires both. Here's the thing... PvP games need a critical mass of players (and streamers) to "go viral", or they die. You need as many players as you can possibly get. Another relevant fact... less than 1% of Steam gamers have VR headsets. When you make a VR game, you immediately kill off 99% of your potential audience. It's a shame sometimes that amateur game developers just don't think before they start writing code. "Is this a good idea?" should be the first question they ever ask... and if the answer is "no", the only question. That question was never asked here, and this dead game nobody wanted is the result. This has some really mediocre looking graphics that will understandably be a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarly visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent players, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.
hehe yk what else i put in a jar?
i think it would be a great game if more people played it
Jarheads is a fun VR game to play with your friends but it lacks in content it has not a lot of it and you could play everything it has to offer in a couple of hours for a free game its good but it just is missing content to make it better but overall a 6/10
