About
You are alone. Every decision changes everything. Can you survive your own mind?
Every run is different. Your behavior matters.
Welcome to Isolation Simulator.
Imagine this: You're locked in a stark isolation chamber. There's nothing but a simple bed, a harsh ceiling light, and impenetrable steel doors sealing you in. No escape. No instructions. Just you, and the silence.
But here's the twist—this isn't just a room. It's a mirror to your mind. The game watches you. It studies every move you make: how you pace the floor, the frantic taps on your keyboard, where your gaze lingers in the emptiness. Your behavior becomes the key. It triggers events, shaping your reality in unpredictable ways.
Start simple. A ball might appear out of nowhere, rolling across the floor, inviting you to interact. Or perhaps a fleeting shadow dances on the wall, pulling you deeper into the unknown.
But push further, and the chamber cracks open. Suddenly, you're thrust into vast, labyrinthine maps—forgotten worlds filled with relics of a locked-down society, inspired by the isolation of the COVID-19 era. Scattered radios crackle to life, playing haunting recordings from ordinary lives shattered by quarantine: whispered confessions, desperate pleas, echoes of humanity clinging to hope amid enforced solitude.
No two playthroughs are the same. Even identical actions can lead to wildly different outcomes, depending on the sequence of events that came before. The game adapts, evolves, reacts to your history within its walls.
There's no clear goal here—no quests to complete, no bosses to defeat. It's an exploration of endurance, curiosity, and the human spirit under pressure. The simulation will end on its own after a cascade of events... or, if you're perceptive enough, you might uncover a hidden path to freedom, a secret conclusion buried in the chaos.
How long can you last? What will your isolation reveal? Step inside... and let the simulation begin.

It's definitely an interesting game, but not for everyone. I'll admit I did use a password cracker to get into one of the arg files, "archive.rar" I won't say anything about it, but I only did it out of curiosity, and I'm horrible at puzzle stuff like args. I cannot find anything "tip.txt" talks about despite searching for an hour, and I can't tell what "reward.txt" does for me. Unfortunately I am definitely not your guy to be solving args lol. Usually I only review games after I 100% the Steam achievements, but I don't think that's happening.
I sat in that room for 45 minutes with nothing happening after the bed shrunk. Saw three events I think. Because of the point of the game, I sat in the room so long I couldn’t return the game. Seems kinda fraudulent. Nothing I could do triggered the next step but you think eventually something happens and then it doesn’t. And you lapse your time to return the game. Thats some bull**** I do not recommend this at all.
COVID lock down was one of the best times of my adult life. I have also been in isolation rooms like this with tours etc. Never minded them. The ppl of these places were always shocked at how non caring i was in them. Even for a long time. But even in those times there was more to do then in this game. I could go to sleep for one. Make my self comfortable. The only problem is, i can do this at home. So i expect a tiny bit more from a game i buy. Only 2 things happened in the game. Looking under the bed and the door opening once. Nothing else... 15 min and counting Also, add keybindings for this game asap. My country uses azerty keyboards and it's a pain to always switch between keyboard layouts. *edit* I like the dev. Will check back as he said in about 9 months.
Really loving this game so far, and loving/looking forward to all the ways it changes and will be turning into! I look forward to seeing how deep the rabbit hole goes...
I didnt expeect that. The game is way bigger than I thought.
I had my fair time in the isolation room, jumping on the bed, hearing voices and a lot of flickering lights, but then the doors opened. I had 3 events outside the room, one with a bridge and peacful island which was nice. One with some dark corridors, creepy song and I found an old radio in a dark dead end. THERE is a STORY in this game with voice over! It talked about some hair dresser who had to close her salon because of covid or something and her former worker started a side hustle against the government rules. My third event outside was near the end, there was a hole, I jumped into it and sat there like an idiot listening to some meditation lesson or some ♥♥♥♥♥. The game had me on my toes, I expected a jump scare in my face so many times but no, it had some spooks like sounds and effects but I didn't encounter any monsters. In the end there was a countdown and a voice told me to prepare myself. The blur effect and all... and after that some godly figure told me the isolation is over and that I should cherish my time and be happy. Oh, and I found under the bed info that there is a tunnel under the ♥♥♥♥... whatever it means.
Very unique experience. Excuse me now, I need to touch some grass.
In a world full of stimulation this game can be... weirdly relaxing.
Immersive one, pretty dark. Exploration is cool, little scary, but if that is your climate, go for it. Cool to try 6/10.
This is like doing a horror-themed mindfulness retreat where your only companion is your own creeping paranoia... and possibly a glitchy ass ghost. It’s short, strange, and sometimes feels like the game version of staring at your ceiling at 3 AM. For a prototype, it already has enough weirdness to make you question yourself. Guess I gotta stay awhile.
Okay, it was weird but I spend cool time with interesting events happen! I will stay there for longer....
It was weird. 6/10 Would play again when there is more content. Ryly, dev, try to add more things to this, the ones which works are good but I want more. I think I have seen everything after 1 hour
