Nope.
The game's driving mechanics are horrible, I feel extremely motion sick after literally 30 minutes in the game. I do NOT recommend this game in VR.
I crashed into the rabbit then into the ocean. Note to self: Don't ever go offroading in VR. Thumbs up for a manual gearshift in VR. It takes some practice to feel the haptic feedback to make sure you don't miss the gate. But still quite hard and definitely not for people who have not driven a manual in real life. I miss my Logitech G29 shifter already.

Nice and relaxing free game that lets you explore a small island while driving a WW2 Jeep, what more do you want? The driving mechanics are the most advanced I have seen in a VR game, however there are some smaller things I would like to improve before the release of Armored Front: The shifting feels a little clunky. Maybe it's my fault, but while shifting from 1st to 2nd gear the shifter just stop at neutral, even though I pulled the stick all the way back. This is perfectly fine for exploration game, but I think it could get you killed in the full game. The ability to move in the direction you are pointing your controller would be really appreciated. You can't move in a straight line while simultaneously looking around, which could be problematic in combat. The last thing that comes to mind is the system of holding the steering wheel. While the hold-style is probably good for most of the VR systems, it gets really uncomfortable on the Vive wands. Having the ability to toggle between holding and "click-to-hold" would be nice. I have to say that I am unreasonably happy that after all these years VR is finally getting a proper vehicle simulator! I look forward to Armored Front, good luck with development :)
Wow, I have not been disoriented by VR in a long time but drive off the road a little and the perspective gets all messed up. Hard to get control over the vehicle too... I would not recommend as a first time VR experience. Experienced users should read up on the controls and just close their eyes if they drive off the road (until the visual stabilize).
[strike] The game has potential but i have one thing to complain about. When i start up the car and i try to drive, the car goes like 1 mph, I am pressing the acceleration button but it is not accelerating. But apart from that i guess the game is ok. [/strike] I take back the complaint I said it turns out that I am just a very bad driver. I did not push the parking brake handle forward which meant I was not driving at all.
It's fine for what it is but it gets boring pretty quickly as there's not much to do and the map is pretty small. But the content that is there is nice. I haven't played many VR games that let you drive in a car but the driving in this is fun enough and doesn't make me sick. I guess the most 'exciting' part of this game is driving off a cliff and having the car flip.
You are on a Willy from ww2, with the first ever H-shift gear system for vr, on a really good looking relaxing island. Runs pretty well, and is really relaxing. No Nazis jumping on you, no zombies, no random Russians screaming cyka blyat and starting shooting at you. Just you, the Willy, and the air in hair. Is the H-shift easy to use? Yes, but it takes a little to get used to it of course. Would take it if costed money? Yes Did I spent a month making two balls at the dev just to fix his errors? Yes Was worth it? Hell yeah +Rep for the dev, to actually listening to the community Can't wait for his next game on the legendary T34.
Looks real good, but no matter what i do my hands are on the ground but the light beams from the controllers are being tracked, using WMR and tracking is fine everywhere else but this.
The feature that made it for me was the car mechanics. Besides from that, the game has ok graphics and some really clunky movement controls.
